Fabuleux.

Personnel très serviable, literie très confortable, et la vue est exceptionnelle. On a même la visite des singes capuchino au petit déjeuner qui est très drôle.

Bonito lugar

La vista, la amabilidad del personal, el desayuno y las instalaciones.

Que hay que bajar y subir muchas escaleras para llegar a la habitación, y las excursiones no fueron increíbles.

Perfecte plek om nationaal park te bezoeken en om op zee te gaan vissen

Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel en zeer mooi uitzicht vanuit je kamer/bed/balkon op de jungle en op de oceaan. De twee zwembaden waren ook heerlijk. Lokatie voor strand en nationaal park Manuel Antonio is bovendien perfect op 5 minuten rijden. Voldoende leuke restaurantjes in de buurt en als je van zeevissen houdt ligt Quepos op 10 minuten rijden

Sehr schöne Anlage mit außergewöhnlicher Sicht, sehr gutem Personal und Restaurant.

Sehr schöne Anlage, aufmerksames und leidenschaftliches Personal, außergewöhnliche sehr schöne Sicht auf das Meer und den Regenwald, in dem die lokale Tierwelt zu hause ist. Frühstücksbuffet und Zubereitung von Omeletts etc. Restaurant sehr gut.

(Warum kostet ein Cappuccino zum Frühstück 5$ extra? das sollte schlicht drin sein)

Not worth money at all. Disappointed

Beautiful location, but not peaceful. Noisy bar next door, noisy during day power washing the place for 3 hours. Breakfast buffet very sad with no fruit and flies. They overcharged us for a trip, when we queried they said they would take the difference from the concierge who misquoted the price - which just isn’t ethical or right. Just not worth the money at all.

Pleasant stay

The room was clean and offered a decent size for two people. I appreciated the small items provided, such as a shower cap, toothbrush, and shaver. It was also convenient to have an iron in the room. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, with a small variety of options available both in a buffet style and through an ordering menu. The staff members were attentive and frequently checked in to ensure our needs were met. The pool area at the hotel was excellent, with both a regular pool and an adult-only pool. The bartender in this area provided great service, and the hotel's happy hour offering 2-for-1 drinks was a nice touch. Additionally, the views from the check-in area and the adult pool were breathtaking, surpassing those at a previous resort we had stayed at (Shana)..

There was a discrepancy between the view and room advertised on Booking.com and the actual view and room we received. I approached the front desk shortly after checking in to confirm that we were indeed in a deluxe room, showing them the photo from the booking website. However, the staff member simply mentioned that views can vary depending on the room's location and did not offer any alternative options. This lack of effort in providing an option to address my concern was disappointing. The only other issue we ran into was with the air conditioning in our room not functioning properly, causing discomfort during the night. Although the staff mentioned that maintenance works around the clock and could have been called to fix the issue, this information was only provided during check-out. Just a heads up, the deluxe room did not come with a television. This was not an issue for us.

Beautiful Nature Lodge

Such a beautiful place. Our room was very comfortable and had spectacular views. Lots of wildlife all around! Pool was just perfect with the swim up bar. Pool deck had great views as well. The food was also amazing! Breakfast was a highlight. Staff were so friendly and helpful with everything!

We pretty much loved everything. The rooms could be updated a little and the beds and bedding could be upgraded.

Overall it was lovely. We would have hung around their more if food and drinks were more affordable.

We loved the pool and the view. The staff was very helpful and kind. They made it easy and booked all of our activities.

The drinks especially and food were overpriced. They need more chairs and tables around the family pool.

Superb

Lovely staff, great cocktails and perfect location! Didn’t see the monkeys at breakfast but saw a sloth super close by in one of the trees close to reception on our way out. Butterflies across the road worth a short visit too.

Disappointing Service for the Price

- Excellent restaurant - Lovely family pool

- It took 30 minutes to complete the check-in process - There were termites in our bathroom - Inconsistent Wifi provision - The pool and restaurant were consistently over-crowded

Beautiful resort views, pools, and exotic birds on site.

The views were amazing, rooms had updated short and comfy beds. Included breakfast nice choice of off menus or use buffet or both. Friendly helpful staff. Beautiful family pool and bar. Many exotic birds on site.

if you want a great ocean view from a hillside your are going to have steps up and down. For us no problem for those with trouble walking could be hard.

The resort was amazing. We loved that the pool had a bar facility and the option to order food from there too. The rooms were not entirely soundproof but that wouldn't deter us from staying there again. We were thrilled to find this gem at reasonable rates with the friendliest of staff. Excellent value for money.

There was nothing we really didn't like. As above we were able to hear the people next door but that's not an easy thing to solve and wouldn't stop us going there again

Lovely place to stay- pricey but a great location and nice facilities

Nice view, pools are decent but overall we found it to be overpriced for the facilities & service.

Friendly staff, nice view and pools. The room was a good size and a view of the sea which was nice. The bathroom was big and the shower nice with a clothes line if you need it and lots of useful toiletries provided (sewing kit, toothbrush & toothpaste, razor etc).

The water in our room stopped working about an hour before we checked out which was inconvenient and we didn’t get any apology or engagement from the hotel about the issue even though they were aware which I find a bit odd. Service at breakfast was slow and I never even got the menu, had to ask for coffee and for the fruit plate and the buffet was limited and rather uninspiring. The ‘adult pool’ music was obnoxiously loud so we actually used the family pool which was more chilled out (adults are also allowed on the water slide there which was as popular with parents as their kids which was fun).

A bit mixed

The location and the wildlife. The views were incredible. The staff were all very friendly. The place was clean. We saw squirrel monkeys right outside our room on the lovelybalcony. Good air con and useful extra sink in our room

How busy it was, the pool wasn't big enough so we couldn't find anywhere to sit and felt like we were sat far to close to others. The bathroom in the room was dated and there was little decor, meaning it felt a little stark.

Good

The hotel is in a lovely location. The bed is large and comfortable. Breakfast was good. View was great.

Air conditioning unit noisy and blows onto bed. Neighbouring pubs noisy. At the time of our stay much of the hotel was being refurbished. Despite the discounted price for going out of season we didn't expect to find inaccessible areas and restaurant facilities. This was not disclosed and closures included a major pool with slides (partly why we booked it) and a restaurant on site.
