There was no breakfast available as been contractors we were up to early the evening food was ok, not bad value the rooms are what you expect for the money but overall not bad ....

Extremely pleasant and would come again.

Friendly staff, restaurant on site with bar and easy car parking. Free WiFi. Comfy beds.

No local shop and restaurant felt understaffed, but could be due to bank holiday.

Easy access, great base of operations for my trip

Everyone was friendly and supportive. Easy access and decent food. The bed was surprisingly soft/comfortable.

The only problem I had was the shower wasn’t quite warm enough for me. Not sure why as when I switched it to a bath the temperature was good - maybe a piping issue that is being sorted?

the manager and staff were smashing, very polite, considerate and helpful.

right next to a restaurant nice room, not too hot! comfy bed! slept better than I have in the likes of premier inn.

Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back

The bed was comfortable after asking for extra pillows

I had no hot water and had to have. A freezing cold shower after a 4 hour drive down for a wedding. Staff were rude. Very short staffed. Took nearly half an hour to get checked into the room. When I spoke to the manager in the morning about the hot water. He said “well what du expect me to do about it” had to ask for some sort of refund which he did begrudgingly process

could be cheaper for how basic it is

location was ok.

I wasn't expecting much but still felt the price was a little high for how dated the room was. everything was a bit tired, smelt a bit damp, floor was a bit grubby.

Suited my 3 day trip in terms of location, comfort, breakfast and general facilities.

Helpful staff, excellent breakfasts, clean and tidy, comfortable bed and a powerful shower. All in all good value, excellent location and understated efficiency.

Later bar opening perhaps.

Nice property and good value

clean and good location. Room supplies were brought promptly on request

reception wasn’t available after 9 at night or before 10 in the morning and there was no way of contacting anyone if there was a problem

Convenient but not pleasant

Did not stay for breakfast. Excellent towels. Plently of hot water.

Restaurant closed at 8 pm Bar closed at 9-30 pm Staff not always available on reception and in bar Cobwebs, peeling wallpaper and tatty furniture in room. Not clean For £75 totally overpriced

Weekend at Buffalo Bill's

Staff were excellent. Food was great. Owner was polite and extremely helpful. Free WiFi. Good location for travelling around the South Coast area.

Room we're very spacious for the cost, but in need of a good make over and repairs carried out. Beds are small only doubles. No phone signal to speak of. But the WiFi was great, and free

never again terrible and at seventy five pounds a room think they need to appear on four in a bed

opened the door to room and not a very fresh smell thought they were ready for halloween with so many cob webs and spiders pubic hairs in bath shower curtain absolutely disgusting dust everywhere stains on net curtains tissue down back of bed towels were not clean and not changed would never stay here again this has been our worst experience ever grouting on bathroom floor disintegrated not a lot to say our bin was not emptied in room and towels were not changed i think they need to employ some housekeeping staff

Great stay, Great food

I travel for Business and this was my second visit and my stay was even better than my 1st one. When booking in the staff recognised me from my previous trip and seemed genuinely happy to see me. On my first visit I left a review that I disappointed on them opening late for breakfast and me missing it but the Owner remembered my review and personally apologised, I think is terrific that the owner himself takes the time to read every review and try and make changes/recommendations where needed. It shows you how much pride he take in his business! Also still happy that the room and bathroom was very clean and a comfortable room for Business travels!
