Superb

I liked the pool area for the kids and close to shops and attractions.

The initial response when reporting a water leak from the room above us. The initial comment was not sure what I can do but I'll come and have a look. The water was pouring in at the time. Then they went and spoke to the cleaners beforehand to ask if there was a leak...slow responding to the issue.

Overall, very disappointing. They will have to pick up their game.

I have stayed at the Sandcastles before and enjoyed it. The location to the beach and the local pub and the local club is within walking distance. The pool is lovely. The staff were very helpful.

Unfortunately, this time we arrived, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the unit. When we went to use the microwave, it had a broken turntable. I found the broken glass from the turntable by standing on it and cutting my heal. The plates and cutlery were not cleaned. The young lady on duty was mortified.

We were disappointed with room for what we paid.It needs a lot of updating.

Location to Bowling Club and Hoey Moey Hotel.The cost

The cost of $769.50 for 3 nights.The 6 flights of stairs to reach our room.The AirCon not working properly along with the Microwave.Having to lift toilet lid to open and close door.Dirty toaster,stove hot plate not cleaned properly,Dirty glasses in cupboard.Broken hinge on top of front door.Complimentry milk in fridge was off.No soap holder in shower or clothes line where you could see where it had been.Dirty windows and ill fitting drapes.

Couldn't get past the lizard in my room....nice of manager to come out and fetch it out.

location is fantastic! nice pool and secure parking.

where do I start! - apartment was dirty and had a horrible smell about it. - 3 out of 6 lights worked in the whole place and all the lights were missing the covers. - broken door handles. - no hair dryer or face washers supplied. - the air conditioner was way to small for the size of the apartment would only cool the kitchen/ living room. - over all the apartment was very outdated and very poorly maintained.

To pay over $450 for two nights was a joke.

The rooms were very unclean. Sewerage smell in bathroom and dirt and dust everywhere. So disappointed not worth 50 dollars a nite. Spoke to management when leaving but they didn’t care.

There was no cleaning cloths for wiping down kitchen areas, no vacuum for carpets and bathroom needs an upgrade and hot water kept running out in the evenings

great location and facilities spacious apartment with everything you need

up 3 flights of stairs some maintenance work being done on property so we had no power for most of one day with no notification

mouldy curtains, the dirtiest aircon I’ve ever seen, couldn’t use it as it was that gross and mouldy. Run down kitchen.
