Amazing place to stay.

The accomodation was very clean and tidy. The space is providing all the necesary facilities you need to make your stay comfortable. The space is accessorised in red,white and black colours which give you a good vibe. (Just as a sugestion - shoud have some bed line and extra blanket for the sofa bed from living in case someone want to sleep on the sofa. Other than that out stay was just perfect ).

Beautiful Brighton apartment in a quiet but also central location

Everything was great! We were so pleased to find this gorgeous place to stay for our weekend in Brighton. We've visited Brighton many times and stayed in many good hotels but this was our first time staying in an apartment - we will definitely return! We loved the location of the apartment, so close to the train station and easy to walk to everywhere but at the same time it is located in a nice, quiet street. The apartment is beautiful with stylish decor, the living room is spacious and it was a bonus to have the outside courtyard to sit in. The hosts were great, very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Great apartment in fantastic location

The apartment is situated in a great location, five minutes walk from the train station in a quiet residential street. Close to the shops, pubs and restaurants and an easy walk to Brighton beach and pier etc. The apartment is well equipped featuring a full kitchen, lounge room, bedroom and bathroom...perfect if you wish to self cater. The bed was comfortable and the rain shower was lovely. The hosts were also friendly and helpful.

At the time of our stay there was an unexpected heatwave happening in the UK, the apartment for most of the stay was cool inside however providing a small portable fan would have been a nice addition to give even more comfort.

Pleasant

Sofa extremely hard and uncomfortable, bed was comfortable but there are two cupboards outside that are not secure and bang all night long. My sleep was disturbed by the banging several times during our two night stay.

Comfortable, central base to explore Brighton

Very central but peaceful location. Lovely and spacious. Thoughtfully presented with lots of nice touches such as soap and tea bags provided. Very clean and private.

Well-located modern basement apartment

Recently refurbished basement apartment, with modern decor/furniture/fittings, well-equipped kitchen. Apartment is of a good size and quite luminous considering it is a basement (privacy is protected by planting on streetside). I liked having a small courtyard off the bedroom. Code for keylock was communicated well in advance. Wifi and TV were good. I did not meet the owners but it was reassuring to know that they lived upstairs. Apartment is well-located, a steep 5 minute walk uphill from the station in a quiet and safe neighbourhood; 20 minute walk to centre.

The sofa in the living room is possibly the most uncomfortable I have ever sat on, I hope it functions better as a sofabed, as it honestly detracted from my overall positive impression of the apartment. Although the shower functions very well, it is extremely cramped and located off the kitchen - not the most convenient arrangement! I would've appreciated power sockets near the dining table so that I could power-up my laptop whilst working, rather than trail an extension cable across the floor.

This is a very bright, clean apartment in a perfect central location, near the station and close to all attractions. it is very comfortable, quiet, and has everything you need for your stay. Definitely recommended!

Keys were in a key safe, didn’t receive the key safe number until arrived at property. Which was difficult to get as phone signal was poor. Would have been nice to have this prior to arriving.

Lovely spacious apartment in a great location near to the train station and within easy walking distance to all the sights. Very comfortable bed and super powerful shower! Wonderful host Nicky who popped by to make sure we had everything we needed.

Great location, comfortable, clean and lovely hosts!

The location was excellent, only a 5 minute walk from the centre with a little convenient shop at the end of the road for essentials. The keys were easy to get and the host popped in just to see if ever was ok, which we thought was lovely. The house was exceptionally clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was soooo comfy!! This place is excellent value for money and I would definitely stay there again.

The parking situation is slightly inconvenient but most of Brighton is permit only or no roadside parking we found. If you're not traveling by car this is definitely the place for you. Even if you are traveling by car we used the local secured car park and paid £16 a day (I think next time we will rent a local driveway).
