The property had stunning views, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and luxurious amenities, offering a delightful stay with friends.

This house lived up to the online images. A group of friends shared a milestone birthday celebration here and we found the well-equipped kitchen and generous living species very conducive to enjoying each others company. The amazing view of the Hazards changes by the minute and we found regardless of the weather, sitting in the lounge room gazing at the view was always a delight.
The house was very clean and well set up. Great quality toiletries, comfortable beds, heated floors - all added to the sense of luxury and enjoyment.

We loved our stay here. The house is stunning with exceptional views. My only complaint are the pillows.
Thank you !

Not clean or maintained. Nice view.
Yes, we would like to provide you with some feedback.
Considering prices, our concerns and discomfort with this place include:
Nearly every surface covered in dust.
Dirty cups, bowls, wine glasses due to a dishwasher that does not clean dishes to a satisfactory standard.
Water filter had an oily sheen on-top of the water, it also had oil and dust all over the lid, looking like it hadn't been cleaned or used for months. (We opted to drink the tap water)
The fridges fresh produce draws had old food underneath them, visible as soon as you open the fridge.
There were numerous missing light bulbs which didn't feel nice in an already dimly lit / dark environment.
3 single beds to one small room. You couldn't access one bed without having to turn sideways and slide through to get into the bed while trying not to disturb the person next to you.
These crammed beds also had no power outlets nor bedside lights.
One fire lighter supplied per night to light very dense old wood inside a fireplace that does not draw air is incredibly frustrating. This is need of a professional service. After several attempts each night and a trip to the shop for more Fire lighters we did manage to get the fire going and then burnt a hand on the handle which becomes red hot.. I think there is a part missing that doesn't get so hot.
The outdoor areas particularly the back of the house are covered in leaves and rotting debris which looks like it hadn't been swept in months and is not a nice environment to be.
The recycling bin was full on arrival and needs attending to.
With multiple similar reviews to this I would of thought someone would have been done.

Lovely house
Modern house with high quality finishes. We had a great time.

Beautiful location with stunning view uncomfortable main bed
Positives:
Lovely location with a killer view. Close to everything you would want to do including bushwalking or taking a drive to the local wineries (about 30 mins drive) or 30 mins to Bicheno.
Negatives:
The main bed in the master needs to be replaced it was very uncomfortable and sagged terribly. The home was relatively clean but when you pay quite a high tariff per night it should be cleaner. There was left over chocolate smeared on a knife handle from previous guests, dusty in various locations etc I would say this is because guests have to clean and dry everything before they leave. Not what you expect for the tariff.
Overall we wouldn’t return to The Lodge.

Lovely views, however numerous maintenance issues in house
I don’t like to leave lukewarm reviews but feel it is justified here. This was an expensive holiday and there were too many maintenance issues needed attending to. The staff were lovely and attended to most of them promptly, however we did not want to spend our holiday on multiple phone calls to them or have issues attended to while we’re trying to relax. 4 Bins were overflowing and unsightly when we arrived, could not access deck as lock was broken, gas bottle on bbq empty, barbecue dirty, toilet spray had a tiny amount left which ran out quickly. The master bed was years past its prime with sagging sleep areas and a large hump in the middle. Loved Coles Bay, and the house would have been great with a comfortable master bed and fewer maintenance issues.

Beautiful home with amazing views! Catered to our every need! Loved it!
We loved the property and really enjoyed our stay. The champagne and chocolates on arrival was a lovely touch and very much enjoyed. We would love to stay again and highly recommended The Loft.

Roomy modern property with beautiful views
Pleasant stay for 3 days. Well equipped house. Only 2 bathrooms which could be problem if all rooms occupied (9-10 people). Fairly quiet location. Beautiful view of Coles Bay. Easy access to Freycinet peninsula. Local shops quite well stocked. A couple of local eateries.

Amazing getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Loft. The view is spectacular. It really has the 'wow' factor. Great for a group/family as very spacious, relaxing and quiet. The only thing missing was wifi as the phone reception in this area was not great. Will highly recommend and hopefully be back to stay in the future.

Spectacular view
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house overlooking Coles Bay. The house is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped and it is a short walk down to the beach and a short drive to Freycinet National Park. We didn't want to leave!

Beautiful Views!
We had 5 adults & 1 baby stay for 4 nights, the location & views were amazing. The house is spacious & wonderful to spend some lazy afternoons just taking in the surrounding views. The downside was no wifi or phone reception, & the small bedroom upstairs was freezing! We couldn't use it. The DVD player didnt work, lucky to have a replacement on our last eve. We'd all come back however in Spring & make the most the courtyard & BBQ! A great space to unwind & relax in.

Magnificent House, Magnificent Views
Stayed for two glorious days at this wonderful house. Comfort and luxury with views to die for, we didn't really want to leave the house! Well equipped kitchen with everything you need, lovely bathrooms, such a comfortable king size bed, dvds and books on hand, and terrific outdoor spaces. This house is close to Freycinet National Park and there is a short walk to a lovely beach. Highly recommend this holiday home.

Incredible views and great home
I can't say enough about the Loft, except that I would still love to be there! As a previous guest said in the log book, I was torn between getting out into the landscape or just staying in and making the most of being in that wonderful space. We had 8 people in our party and there was ample room for us all. I totally recommend the Loft!
