Location and room
Breakfast service this morning was very poor , we had to wait 40 minutes for breakfast and was not told there was a delay . When breakfast came there was no apology and we were made to feel as though we should be glad we got it . Would definitely not eat breakfast there again. Very disappointing

Loved this gem! Room was spacious, bed comfortable. All of the staff members were extremely helpful. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect... close to the deer park and all of the restaurants in town.

Got there very late, but the first member of staff I found dropped what she was doing and checked me in. All the staff I encountered at the Woburn are friendly, cheerful and efficient.
Breakfast was included in the price and was cooked to a turn. Poached eggs were perfect and I would never have put sliced chilis with eggs and avocado but it works beautifully.

We got married here so like to visit on our anniversary. It used to be lovely, but now it’s just a pub with food and rooms. Food nowhere near as good as it used to be, no longer fine dining, but rooms still ok.
The rooms, food is now just pub standard and service slow.

Excellent all round. Staff friendly courteous and nothing too much trouble

Love the location & hotel
Rooms very large & clean
Most staff very attentive
Not enough staff.
Tables not cleared
Wasps galore
Menu could do with tweaking

Unfortunately, the only positives about the property were the location and food
The shower was broken and had no pressure or warm water. The rooms were extremely hot but too noisy outside to open the window.
We paid extra to stay in an executive room and the carpet was stained and the walls had an oil stain also. We hardly had any sleep

Comfort and Nice and friendly staff
Minor point bar wasn’t open for residents after 11pm

There were very few charging points in the room. The table lamps still had round pin plugs

it is a beautiful building.and is somewhere we’ve hoped to stay at for sometime.
the alarm kept going off so much so that we ate elsewhere!!

Good location, breakfast and staff were excellent.
General upkeep and bathroom cleanliness. For the price very over rated. The rooms lacked personality. Just the devils in the detail with maintenance and cleaning.

The buildings were pretty. Free parking. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast
The reception was unmanned when we arrived to check in.

Location, very clean and well presented. Breakfast great and staff very friendly and helpful.
Radiator was still on in May, towel radiator too hot in bathroom. No extractor fan in bathroom. I'm not keen on shower curtains on over bath showers, prefer a screen.
TV a little on the small side for the size of the room.

Really lovely hotel which myself and my partner always stay. Breakfast was lovely and really friendly bar staff.

Staff were courteous & accommodating in all areas of the business
Could have a few more coffee sachets in the room

All the staff we met were lovely, and well trained in how to deal with `difficult' customers (I am coeliac); the attention to allergen requirements was impressively proactive. As a coeliac I find travelling sometimes quite difficult but I was impressed with the attention to gluten-free detail here. Also, the location is fantastic for all the delights of the area.
The building is a little tired in some aspects, and not up to all modern standards (single-glazing overlooking a noisy courtyard?). However, it does appear that the management have tried very hard to maximise the `bang for their buck' with more easily changed items, such as furniture, which was good. Sadly the same cannot be said for all the fixtures and fittings, some of which are either bizarrely chosen, or just outdated (tumbler switches for lights and no room thermostat?).

Breakfast was good. Location good straight into High st. We were there to go to Wavenden on the Saturday but enjoyed seeing the village. The staff were amazing as in all hard working and happy, you don't find this everywhere, this includes everyone. We cheekily asked a few how come they all seemed happy to be there, they replied they were happy to work there. Well done to that company.
Can't think of anything 🤔

The room was cozy and clean and very spacious.
There seemed to be a lack of staff in general on the bar and at reception. I had to keep going back to reception as although I did speed check in I still needed to collect the keep card. Also had to wait a long time at the bar due to only one person working it.

Large room with a bath and it was warm during cold weather.
The bed was rather hard.

Room was comfortable and very clean
Evening meal was fabulous
Service at breakfast was awful - 40 minutes to receive our full English which was average food at best.
The bathroom toiletries had a note on to say if they were removed there would be a £20 charge !! No no no !!

Location was perfect and hotel and staff great. A little disappointed in the limited continental breakfast and one slice of bacon and one small sausage... it was so lovely 2 would have been good!
All was fine but breakfast could have been a little bigger with more choice in the continental.
