Great place to stay with family

About almost everything. Breakfast was great. We loved the layout of the room, very practical for family. Quick trip to the old city centre, a 24 hour shop across the street, very convenient.

Habe mich sehr schnell wie zuhause gefühlt. Ich glaube ein größeres Kompliment kann ich nicht machen

Das ganze Hotel hat eine tolle Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer sind fast minimalistisch aber sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist top!

Schönes Hotel, aber Dusche mit Sicherheitsproblem.

Das Hotel ist citynah (gute ÖPNV-Anbindung) gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Wir hatten ein schönes großes Zimmer.

Aber: Das Design ist offensichtlich wichtiger als die Funktion. Die Dusche befand sich in der Badewanne (Zimmer 445). Es gibt keinerlei Ein- und Ausstieghilfe, d.h. weder Haltegriff noch Stange noch Anti-Rutsch-Matte o.ä. Mein Mann rutschte aus, stürzte und brach sich sowohl das Schlüsselbein als auch 2 Rippen. Der Urlaub war gelaufen...

Sehr schönes Hotel für eine Städtetour

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und mit einer kleinen Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Nur 10 min. vom Hauptbahnhof fussläufig entfernt. In die Altstadt sind es auch ca. 10 min. zu Fuß. Personal an der Rezeption extrem freundlich.

Ich habe am Frühstücksbüffet nicht teilgenommen, da ich 26,50 € ( mit vorheriger Anmeldung 24,50 € ) schon sehr überteuert finde.

Super verblijf in Heidelberg

Hele mooie kamers! parkeergarage onder het hotel erg goed. Mooie ligging centraal in het centrum. Het ontbijt is erg goed en goede bediening. Hotel is stijlvol ingericht en er zijn genoeg plekken om even uit te rusten.

Het ontbijt is erg goed, maar wel aan de prijs.

Sehr freundliches, gut geschultes Personal. Ein ganz wunderbares exklusives Frühstücksbuffet

Die Parkgarage war leider nicht im Preis enthalten, zumindest eine Ermäßigung wäre schön gewesen

Sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal!

Ich fand die Ausstattung des Hotels und die komplette Einrichtung total schön und bequem! Auch die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und haben uns liebevoll empfangen! Frühstücksbereich ist auch sehr groß! Und man schläft gut!

Great choice for a short stay

Breakfast buffet was excellent, with a lot of options. Beds were super comfortable and the layout of the hotel with the old and the new building merging together was a delight.

Hall entrance hall is nice.

Shower had almost no pressure. The bed wasn't very comfortable and noisy when you would move. Location is fine. Welcoming lady at the reception was OK. Departure gentleman at the reception was sympathic and more friendly.

Superb

Excellent hotel with really good facilities. We enjoyed the Wellness, especially Sauna a lot. Lounge is beautifully done. Breakfast was good. Roomwas clean and had a nice view.

Super clean and comfortable with a friendly staff and close to transportation

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. There are many areas around the hotel to find a quiet place to read or get some work done and the bar is expertly managed. The staff is both professional and friendly. The breakfast is very nice and worth waking up for. We enjoyed it very much and plan to return.

There isn't too much immediately around the hotel, but there are some fairly good cafe and food options. The hotel is not in the Altstadt, but is still a short bus ride away. The only slight negative note is that the breakfast staff seems a little overwhelmed and understaffed. No problems, but it was hard for them to keep up.

Exceptional

Modernisation by connecting an old brewery is a big feature of this hotel. The big open entrance space including common living room space with bookshelves is very cozy. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of different things including sparkling wine to start a good day. Facilities and amenities in a room were enough and all furniture and room design created a not-heavy atmosphere.

I found parking fee was a little bit expensive as I expected a discount fee for hotel guets.

Good choice for a weekend away in Heidelberg.

The beds are comfortable and the location is good. The building was very nice.

One of the receptionists was very rude, when we asked for a room with a double bed, which was specifically requested and approved in beforehand. Thankfully, another receptionist stepped in and handled the situation gracefully.

Great hotel close to train, bus and within walking distance of Old Town

The hotel was really nice. It was fairly close to Old Town and restaurants, so it was easy to find something to eat. The lobby as you walked in had water and a few snacks, a bar area, wc, and relaxing places to sit.

I don't have anything I didn't like.
