Good, but needs improvement

Great location, great staff. Nice rooms with comfortable beds.

Breakfast wasn't good - sliced bread was stale, coffee was of poor quality, choices were limited and the banana skins were split down the side. Hard-boiled eggs had been boiled for too long as the yolk completely separated from the whites. Really needs some more varied options of better quality. The hotel states they clean the rooms every 2 days but mine was not and I had to call housekeeping who did not seem to be happy with my request for a clean bed sheet, clean towels and replacing used coffee.

Kiedy wrócę do Berlina, prawdopodobnie wybiorę ten sam hotel.

Duży wybór na śniadaniu. Znakomita kawa. Możliwość oglądania albumów podczas śniadania, bardzo ciekawy akcent. Centrum, a cicho i spokojnie. Blisko metro.

Berlino è bellissima

La posizione, a due passi da Nikolaiviertel, un posto molto carino e "al centro di tutto". Il bagno era grande, moderno e ben pulito. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile.

La climatizzazione, poco efficace e molto rumorosa. La stanza era troppo piccola per tre persone (2 adulti ed un bambino di 8 anni). La moquette (ancora moquette nel 2024?) nelle stanze da una sensazione di sporco, specialmente se ci sono delle macchie, come nella nostra. La colazione, se si scende tra le 9:00 e le 10:00, diventa quasi impossibile.

Een super midweek gehad in Berlijn.

Voldoende keuze bij het ontbijt. Het hotel ligt op een paar minuten lopen afstand van Alexanderplatz, ook is er een U-bahn één straat naast het hotel waarmee je snel overal in Berlijn kan komen. Ideaal! Het personeel was erg vrolijk en altijd behulpzaam.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Sehr gute U-Bahn Anbindung.

Die Klimaanlage sollte einmal überprüft werden. Trotz voller Leistung war es relativ warm im Zimmer. Bei angekippten Fenster war es ziemlich laut im Zimmer (Straßenlärm und Baustelle gegenüber)

Tolle Unterkunft - super freundliches Personal mit ganz viel Herzenswärme bei der Arbeit. Wir kommen wieder.

Die Fenster waren nicht komplett zu öffnen. Nur kippen möglich. Zum lüften wäre das noch super gewesen.

Great location, but lacks when it comes to value for money in my opinion.

Location is great - right next to a U2 and a few minutes walk from Alexanderplatz. The staff was friendly and kind. Everything was clean, including the room and bathroom.

The air conditioning was not working well, so we changed rooms, where the new room's air conditioning was also not working properly. We were assured that a technitian will arrive and check it out, but they never did. Breakfast was boring and included the same offering every morning.

Great hotel in a fantastic location.

Spotlessly clean, friendly helpful staff, very comfortable bed and good selection of food for breakfast. Perfect location for exploring the sights.

Not enough storage for two people to hang clothes but that’s only a small criticism. It took us a long time to find the hotel as it’s listed as Alexanderplatz but the nearest subway stop is Klosterstrasse (would’ve helped to know that when we were looking for it!)

Ottima struttura, ottima posizione

La posizione è veramente perfetta! Comoda alla metropolitana, ma permette di muoversi tranquillamente a piedi e raggiungere molti posti interessanti della città. La zona è silenziosa e si dorme bene. Colazione abbondante e varia. Personale veramente molto gentile.

Unico difetto è stato l’asciugacapelli in bagno, dopo pochi minuti si spegneva e non c’era modo di farlo ripartire. Girare con la testa bagnata non è il massimo. Abbiamo segnalato il problema al ricevimento e ci è stato detto che ne erano a conoscenza e che l’hotel si sta organizzando per sostituirli. Quindi nel dubbio portatene uno di scorta.

Das Hotel hat eine Super Lage, Saubere Zimmer! Nettes Personal! Mega guter Kaffee beim Frühstück!

Die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer war sehr Mager, zudem fehlte mir eine Minibar auf dem Zimmer! Das Frühstück war ok, jedoch war der Saal zu stark überfüllt! Zu wenig Platz zum sitzen! Die Tiefgarage war auch zu klein! Wir hatten Glück, und konnten den letzten Platz buchen! Also wer sein Auto liebt und nicht im Berliner Jungle parken möchte, sollte sich Gedanken machen!

Très bon séjour

Hôtel calme, bien situé, métro à 100m ou Alexanderplatz accessible à pied en 5- 10 minutes. Petit déjeuner bien varié. Chambre spacieuse, la 301 donne sur la cour intérieure donc très calme. Bouilloire pour thé/ café, coffre fort spacieux pour y mettre une tablette.

L’espace rangement dans la chambre est un peu petit .

Spero di tornarci presto!

Posizione comoda tra Alexander Platz e Nikolai Viertel, stazione della metro Klosterstrasse a 50 metri dall’hotel. Un’altra stazione poco più distante. Colazione varia (dolce e salato) e con diversissime opzioni. Staff gentile e disponibile, camera spaziosa (avevamo una tripla) e pulita, e, nonostante fosse sull’angolo di due strade, silenziosa.

Aggiungerei qualche mensola in camera per appoggiare le cose personali.

La habitación era muy amplia y limpia. El baño muy nuevo con todo lo necesario. El personal muy amable y buen desayuno. Al estar cerca de Alexander Platz está muy bien comunicado.

El tipo de almohada y los nordicos individuales que se caen. El desayuno era bueno, pero ganaría si no fuera todos los días igual.

Touristischer Hotspot, ideal gelegen

Schönes, festes Bett, große heiße Dusche, gutes Frühstück

Das „Express“ im Namen steht nicht für Geschwindigkeit. Das Personal ist teils sehr jung und seeeeeehr langsam. Man wird im Restaurant ewig warten gelassen, wenn man nicht weiß, dass an der Bar bestellt werden muss. Während eine andere Gruppe am Tisch bedient wird, wird man selbst ignoriert. Ein kleiner Hinweis hätte genügt.

Echte aanrader om vanaf hier Berlijn te ontdekken

De locatie is echt super, als je Berlijn wil ontdekken. Vanaf het hotel hebben we de aut niet meer gebruikt. Veel dingen op loopafstand en de metro is 50 meter voor de deur.

Parkeergarage is heel klein, wij hadden geluk, er was van de 11 plekken nog 1 vrij, waar ik na 5 keer steken in kon komen.....maar was wel blij met dit plekje :-)

Für unser nächsten Berlin Urlaub werden wir ein anderes Hotel nehmen.

Der Service ist sehr vorbildlich, wir hatten eine defekte Duschstange und diese wurde nach Ansprechen beim Personal innerhalb einer Stunde getauscht. Kurzer Laufweg zum Fernsehturm. Personal ist sehr freundlich und nach dem Auschecken 11.00 Uhr, konnten wir unser Auto noch bis 15.00 Uhr stehen lassen.

Hotelzimmer hatte keinen Schrank, man lebt aus dem Koffer! Matratzen sind sehr durchgelegen! Parkplätze leider nur sehr begrenzt und teilweise auch sehr eng, hier haben wir mit unserem Kombi schon echt Probleme gehabt, in die letzte Parklücke zu kommen.
