NO asignaron una "ratonera" en el sótano, por las ventanmas sólo se veían las ruedas de los coches, las fotos que que te muestran las habitaciones no son las que luego te asignan, nos tuvimos que ir del hotel y contratar otro, y la dirección del hotel y booking no quieren asumir el fallo de poner una foto y luego darte otra cosas, me siento totalmente estafado

Very pleasant, would recommend and I will return.

Good choice of food for breakfast. Cooked eggs, bacon, sausage, filled potatoes, and a couple of other things I didn't try. Cereal and toast - and large choice of pastries / fruits / meats. And all the usual drinks. Bed was incredibly comfy - could have stayed in it all day. Room very clean. Shower worked well and complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee were a bonus. TV easy to use and good aircon. Staff helpful - including carrying my bags to my room. Location was very good. A few minutes walk to multiple restaurants and historical monuments.

Shame the restaurant was only open for breakfast but not a big issue as there were plenty of other places to eat that were within easy walking distance.

Prima uitvalsbasis om Sofia te verkennen. Super kamers!

Kamers zijn erg goed opgezet, erg ruim en netjes. Goed verzorgd. Personeel is vriendelijk, je ziet hier echter alleen maar mannen in het hotelvak. Vrouwen zijn hier echt alleen in de schoonmaak aanwezig.

De zogenaamde bar is een balie bij de entree. Ontbreekt hier aan gezelligheid om lekker te zitten. Het ontbijt is redelijk compleet, helaas was bij ons al het eten wat warm geserveerd dient te worden steenkoud. Na dit gemeld te hebben staken ze dan maar even een kaarsje onder deze bakken aan...

Место расположения- 10 минут от центра. Свежее, очень хорошее постельное белье.

Отель усталый. Ремонт был давно, либо сделан наспех. Грязный ковролин, дверные ручки гуляют, деревянные панели и косяки потертые. Шторы и тюли на окнах не стираны.

For some reason the legs had been removed from the bed so the bed box was on the floor. Didn’t change the comfort level of the bed but it did make it lower to the floor which was an issue with one member of our party who has back issues

Great hotel when you need to stay in Sofia for departure, was one of my most relaxing departures ever.

friendly staff which was generous to park the car and let me stay in the room longer as I had an afternoon flight. Good location which is close to center.

Some things could be considered as slightly outdated but that was not an issue for me personally.

Met our needs

The location was great , the staff were really helpful, breakfast was plentiful and varied. but the furniture was so tired and worn-out - the base of the extra bed in the queen suit is completely threadbare and the toilet flush was not working - we were only staying for one night so reported at checkout.

Dated but convenient enough

The hotel, while not central, was still relatively close to the various attractions in Sofia so that we were able to walk everywhere we were going to. The room, as seems to be the case with almost every hotel in Sofia, was quite old fashioned in its decor, although it was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was huge. The reception staff were very friendly and always helpful.

The rooms were extremely hot and, despite trying to turn the temperature down and then turn on the A/C, they would not cool down to a comfortable level. This meant having to open windows, which then brought in very polluted air (it seems coal is still burned in Sofia). Despite all rooms apparently being non-smoking, we could still smell cigarette smoke in our rooms (including when windows were closed and had not been open all day). Interior sound proofing was not the best and it was a particularly restless night when a group of Dutch youths had checked in and were wandering around / shouting for some time.

The room was a pretty good size!Comfy bed,facilities. The staff was kind,friendly and helpful.Location is good.We found a UK socket which surprised me in a good way.

Excellent hotel to explore Sofia

The hotel is on Hristo Botev Boulevard, on a tram line, and in close proximity to the center of Sofia. There is an open parking lot with a barrier within walking distance to the hotel on the back street where you can leave your car. You can visit almost all places on foot. Stefan at the front desk was very helpful upon our arrival and also suggested a few good places to eat. The excellent open buffet breakfast had all we anticipated. The room was large, comfortable, and had a very good shower. We highly recommend this hotel for its location, service, and the amenities its provides to those who would like to explore Sofia.
