Very affordable, close to amenities. Cozy. Quiet but might be noisy in warmer weather .

Self catering . Maybe the offer of a welcome pack ,bread ,milk ,water just to tide over on arrival . I always think a few maps and / or information folder useful . Very warm and cosy with each room having its own temp control . Some of party found duvets a little light. Huge bedrooms and beds.maybe more supportive pillows . Entrance hallway was not the most welcoming and a bit grubby but apartment was clean and tidy . Quiet at night. Close to shops ,once you found your bearings. Wi-Fi did not work on first night,very prompt sort out by Alex,engineer came next morning and sorted. TVs in all rooms but limited English channels but not a big issue for me anyway.

As above . Coffee machine was a bit of a mystery. No booklet available to refer to.

Väga hea asukohaga jalakäijate tänava ja kesklinna suhtes korter, mida julgen kõigile soovitada.

Väga hea asukoht. Korteril ei ole küll parkimiskohta, aga kohe nurga taga, alla 100m kaugusel on tasuline parkla, kus autot hoida.

Meile oli see ette teada, et kolme magamistoaga korteris on ainult 1 tualett, kuid kuue inimese puhul oleks ikka parem, kui vannituba ja WC on eraldi ruumides. Meie ei nurise, sest teadsime ette.

Me gusto el alojamiento ya que estaba amobaldo, limpio, y muy bonito. No huboningun inconveniente al llegar.

The room are big and clean, the kitchen is well equipped and the overall experience is good.

There is only one bath and toilet. The distance to the subway and supermarket is about 10 minutes walking.

Not again, sorry

When we arrived in the night, it was a very dirty corridor that we had to go through to get into the apartment. As a result, the apartment was immediately very dirty. This hallway never seemed to have been polished and stank... In the appartment, there was no toiletpaper, no WIFI and no coffee. Arriving so late, it was impossible to go to a shop! It took 3 days and a lot of communication to make the wifi work. We needed it for work. We left the 4th day :(

Great place but not enough attention to details

Good location/Quiet Clean Easy check in

One bathroom for 3 bedrooms - with no lock Coffee machine but no coffee to go with it - we got in touch with the owner and I will say that he did suggest to bring some over Washing machine but no detergent - would have been nice to have just a little until we got our own No drying rack - owner tried to guide us to it but we never found it - it wasn't there Dishwasher but no capsules - again, would have been nice to have a couple upon arrival

Clean, well equipped apartment, maybe not the best neighborhood.

Big modern well equipped apartment. There were 3 balconies, aircon in all the rooms. Kitchen is well equipped and had an excellent coffee machine. A clear message was received giving all the door keys, and a URL with a full explanation of how to operate everything.

Shower door did not work, the shower handle had fallen off, the shower unit leaked out to the bathroom area. That said the host said if we would have said something during our stay then he would have done something. The area the apartment is in does not appear to be the best area, we chose it as it is near the synagogue. It is less than 1 minute walk to the synagogue. We ate in bet chabad, and we walked up and down to chabad (about 20 minutes). So in hindsight maybe it would have been better to stay closer to chabad and walk for the one tefilla that we went to the synagogue (that does not always have a minyan).

Spacious and stylish 3-bed flat near city centre

Spacious rooms, nicely equipped kitchen, good beds. The flat is conveniently located few minutes walk from the metro station, all central attractions, shops, food market. There was air conditioning in every room, which was much appreciated.

Little bits which are easily fixed, such as squeaky front door, little scratches or stains, light bulbs/sockets falling out. They didn't really affect our stay, but could be easily improved for the comfort of other guests.

The shower cabin door was broken when we arrived, however friendly staff promptly organised the repair.

Great spot to explore Sofia from

Great location, close to centre, very comfortable and spacious, each room even has combo euro/brit power and USB.

Only thing missing dishcloths and towels. You can't do all dishes by machine

Superb

Apartments were sparkling clean, everything was new and fresh.

Its nothing do with Host! Location of apartments are not so far from center, but surrounding and neighborhood is unsafe. Streets were Dark at night, a lot of noise came from outside where people, were shouting at night time. We were 6 guys, but still felt a bit uncomfortable.
