Bien mais pourrait faire mieux …

L'hôtel est très bien situé sur l'une des grandes artères du centre ville, à proximité immédiate d'une entrée de métro amenant directement au centre et à l'aéroport.

j'avais réservé un chauffeur de l'hôtel devant me récupérer à l'aéroport … il n'est jamais venu … soi disant mon mail n'était pas arrivé … Service de chambre très aléatoire (2 jours sur 4 la chambre n'avait pas été faite). Salle de bain avec baignoire Spa qui s'est transformée en fontaine intérieure à gros jets sans possibilité de l'arrêter … réponse du technocien : c'est mieux de ne pas l'utiliser …

A lovely place to stay

The hotel is in a good location, about a 10 minute walk in to town centre. We stayed in a one bedroom apt and it was huge, easily the biggest I've stayed in.. comfortable bed. The breakfast was good, plenty of choice.

The jacuzzi in the bathroom didn't work. The little kitchenette had no crockery, cutlery, or anything to cook with, all there was were glasses, cups and teaspoons, despite there being a hob and oven. The casino downstairs was just a few slot machines and bingo. None of the above bothered me, but thought I would mention it for others.

Quirky, love it… and the spa was a bonus.

Beaucoup de choses ne fonctionnent pas

La taille de la chambre, des lits Le petit dejeuner

La piscine est froide. Et payante. Et le jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas. La baignoire ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Le personnel ne parle que Bulgare et ne donne pas de renseignements. Personne ne répond quand on appelle l'accueil depuis la chambre.

La cama es súper cómoda y la bañera espectacular. Estuvimos 1 noche y era tan cómodo que nos hemos quedado 20 horas dentro de la habitación y mi hijo se metió 2 veces en la bañera encantadisimo. También el room service y la comida son perfectos. Volveremos 100%

Гостиница требует технической поддержки. За последние несколько лет тех. поддержка значительно ухудшилось.

Fuga breve

Buona posizione, a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro. Spazi molto grandi e colazione internazionale di ottimo livello. Un punto in più è dato dalla presenza di una spa.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ όμορφο και περιποιημένο αλλά με λίγη παραπάνω προσοχή στις λεπτομέρειες θα είναι τέλειο.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Εξαιρετικό προσωπικό. Καλό πρωινό. Άνετα δωμάτια και καθαρά σε γενικές γραμμές. Ο χώρος της πισίνας ήταν πολύ περιποιημένος και καθαρός.

Παρόλο που η καθαριότητα των δωματίων ήταν καθημερινή υπήρχαν κάποιες αστοχίες. Στο ένα δωμάτιο δεν έγινε καμία αλλαγή ή πλύσιμο ποτηριών καφέ και νερού οπότε 3 μέρες χρησιμοποιούσαμε τα ίδια. Στο άλλο δωμάτιο που ήταν deluxe παρόλο που υπήρχε κουζίνα δεν ήταν επαρκώς εξοπλισμένη(δεν υπήρχε ούτε ένα μαχαιροπίρουνο). Επίσης, τα μαξιλάρια μύριζαν λίγο.

Da migliorare ma consigliato

Struttura in ottima posizione, tutto raggiungibile a piedi in 10-15 minuti o tramite poche fermate di metro. Colazione buona con cornetti, crepes e dolci vari anche se il salato era maggiore. Da un 5 stelle mi sarei aspettata un espresso più “bevibile”. Struttura tutto sommato bella e grande anche se un po’ dispersiva. Non è assolutamente un 5 stelle, ma un discreto 4 stelle. Tutto sommato esperienza positiva, si può migliorare!

Staff molto antipatico, a stento salutava. Piscina con acqua gelida e nessun accappatoio o asciugamano per piscina in stanza. I letti erano due da una piazza e mezzo uniti e si separavano durante la notte. Kit di cortesia misero. Si può migliorare sulla climatizzazione dell’ambiente. Phon assolutamente inutile in stanza.

Δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω πως βαθμολογούν με τόση καλη βαθμολογία αλλά άτομα. Ήταν η χειρότερη εμπειρία . Πήγαμε οικογενειακ

-Δεν είχε ράμπα για το καρότσι -Το ασανσέρ παρά πολύ μικρό (ίσα που χωρούσε το καρότσι του μωρου) -Έπρεπε να αλλάζουμε συνέχεια ασανσέρ για να πηγαίνουμε για πρωινό -πολύ βρώμικος χώρος

Great value stay.

Wochenendtrip vollkommen in Ordnung

Die Größe des Zimmers war toll, wir hatten ein Schlaf- und ein Wohnzimmer sowie ein großes Bad. Die Lage des Hotels war sehr zentral jedoch nicht nicht zu laut. Die Austellung in Lobby und dem Hotel selbst war schön anzusehen. Die Hausdamen waren sehr nett und die Herrschaften an der Rezeption hilfsbereit. Der Pool & die Sauna waren bei dem kalten Wetter die perfekte Lösung.

Wir hatten leider weder den im Angebot beschriebenen Balkon noch eine Kochplatte, wie unsere mitgereisten Freunde, die den gleichen Preis und die gleiche Zimmerkategorie hatten, unser Zimmer war zudem schon etwas abgewohnt. Das war aber für den Zeitraum der Reise nicht weiter schlimm. Unsere Etage hat am letzten Abend stark nach Nikotin gerochen, das war unangenehm. Die zusätzlichen Gebühren für Badekappe, extra Wasser, extra Kaffee etc. waren für die Hotelkategorie etwas unerwartet. Zum Frühstück hätte ich die Anmerkung, dass eine zweite Kaffeemaschine äußert hilfreich wäre, damit kein Stau entsteht. Sonst ist das Hotel empfehlenswert für einen Wochenendtrip oder verlängertes Wochenende.

Work on the basics before the nice to haves

It's a pretty good location and within walking distance or the main sites. The hotel had most things expected for a 5* hotel. Good value for money

The problem was the hotel concentrated on the big things like saunas, swimming pool, but got the basics wrong. I had no toilet paper, and after several requests,I had to go to the lobby to collect it. It was embarrassing. My air con was loud.

Location is perfect, rooms are still comfortable (but less than 10 years ago), still good to spend a night after your evening flight in a comfort.

Room service does not work anymore evening and night time, breakfast is not too good as before - less meals, fresh juice was diluted with water, vegetables looked "tired".

Great hotel for touring Sofia

The hotel is greatly located for visiting all the main attractions of Sofia. The rooms are large and clean. The staff is helpful and the breakfast is amazing.

Very old fashioned, sometimes creepy decor. Some parts are in need of renovation. The pool is very small.

Superb

Nice size room good shower, excellent breakfast so much choice, swimming pool etc. Noise level was fine. An excellent place to stay.

Room got a bit warm had problems with the thermostat. Could be an issue in summer. I opened the window as I couldn't get the temperature down. No milk or creamer supplied with tea and coffee in room. british people drink milk !
