Nach Renovierung noch besser als zuvor

Das Hotel wurde nach 25 Jahren sehr gut renoviert. Die Betten sind bequem, die Badezimmer funktional und alles ist sehr sauber.

Die Dinge die, die man früher in der Minibar gefunden hat, muss man sich jetzt beim Empfang kaufen.

The hotel was excellent and every staff member was both helpful and friendly. Spa was a slight let down but overall a fabulous stay

Fully refreshed after trip and before appointment with small unprofessional surprises.

Location, view, carpet, breakfast, staff kindness

Surcharge for breakfast, mistake from 1 receptionist to purchase I/o block amount in card. Need to wait money return. Same receptionist offered room upgrade to include breakfast credit in restaurant, minibar consumption, however lack of decent explanation we have not been utilising it to the max the voucher extra paid. Property under reconstruction works!!!

Comfortable room.

Got charged twice - by booking.com and then at the reception upon check out even though I’ve explicitly mentioned twice that I’ve already been charged by booking and showed the receipt as well. Only got a confirmation from reception after I’ve left that indeed it was their mistake.

A great place to stay for a business trip.

Breakfast and dinner were great. Excellent service and a very friendly staff.

Sadly, no swimming pool.

well I kond of regretted staying at Hilton’s this time…

The room was renovated so everything was pretty new

the phone for reception did not work. the whole building smelt like paint due to the ongoing renovation. there was no chance to have a coffee or tea after breakfast until 12 pm.

Exceptional

It was one of the best experience I had. The hotel, the rooms were very clean even though there was a construction work. All the reception, housekeeping and breakfast/restaurant staff were very helpful and always met us with happy and smiling faces. Special thanks to Poli and her staff for all friendly conversations and helps during our stay. The hotel is just walking distance from the city centre. I highly recommend it to anyone.

While booking the hotel it was saying "free parking" but while checking in we have been told "it is not free". Didn't want to make a big thing out if it but in general parking can be free for the hotel guests.

Oldfashioned hotel in need of modernisation

big room, comfortable bed

The place is run down, bad air (previous smokers?), cracks in bathroom, no slippers which is nice with fitted carpets, really poor fitness room, breakfast lacks fresh juice and has bake off bread. Nothing is 5 star about this place.

Nothing warned about the drilling and banging due to renovations .No discount fir this. Breakfast was included but room service meant paying twice . Mezzanine bad is disappointing.

The noise of the bilters was horrible .from 8 o'clock the morning until 17.00 couldn't sleep or rest.

Just ok. not our usual hilton experience. the restaurant was closed due to renovations. breakfast was not good value for

under long term renovation. noisy during daytime. no hot water for shower in the morning.

You should pay extra for almost everything , inconvenient and expensive parking , very very very simple breakfast which is also very expensive . Would not recommend

The breakfast was quite good, the staff was quite nice

Overall impression is not positive because the hotel far does not correspond to 5 stars declared. Extremely old and weared out rooms, furniture, etc basically everything. The basics were not in place like sleepers. So if it is 3 star I would say it is ok

Great location, but lacks soul

I liked the location in that it was close to the mall, and we got to go to the cinema. There's also a nice restaurant called Alforno in the mall. The double room was okay, the shower worked well and I had a good night's sleep.

But the receptionist didn't seem very happy to see us. I wish they were a bit more friendly. Also there was a funny smell in the room. Slightly overpriced for basic hotel room. You're paying for the Hilton brand, but it was very quiet in such a big hotel. You also need to pay for parking which I thought was a rip off. You shouldn't have to pay if you've already paid for a hotel room.
