Ottimo hotel, ci tornerei

Colazione e posizione ottima. Il Rooftopbar stupendo, bella musica e panorama. Ottiimo il ristorante al piano terra. ottima la spa.

Al Rooftoopbar troppo fumo di sigaretta, anche se è permesso fumare ci vorrebbe piu ventilazione e ricambio d'aria. Alla spa la temperatura dell'ambiente dovrebbe essere piu alta.

Rude staff

Location and terrace. Things that are given however was very let down by staff.

The staff had a terrible attitude, they were rude and unhelpful on various different occasions. Will not return.

Once excellent hotel whose service standards have declined as the prices have risen.

The central location, the facilities, the spa, and the breakfast (including the breakfast staff who were great).

This used to be our hotel of choice in Sofia and we've stayed many times but the service standards have decreased as room rates have increased sharply. It's now poor value compared to competitors. This showed in many ways, some more serious than others, for example they messed up our check-in; they gave an invoice we'd paid to others in our party (not great from a data privacy point of view); the bar used to give us a bit of milk for tea as they don't provide it in the rooms but this time charged us 4 lev. The most annoying thing is that they now take a deposit on your credit card for each guest (rather than just taking the card details) and on check-out tell you it may take 14 days to be refunded. Inconveniencing your guests like that is just a poor customer experience.

On this level of hotel, we would expect to get new coffee tubes every day with no extra charge. Also, would like to get a bottle of water in the GYM. They have the best roop top bar but music is very loud and people smoking in close bar

The Sense Hotel in Sofia is located in a very close location to the city centre in particular to the St. Alexander Nevsk

The staff here at the best! they go above and beyond, and are very kind, thoughtful, and attentive to the details of your stay. The rooftop bar is excellent and the restaurant as well. it’s centrally located and reasonably priced. Close to the nightlife!

Sofia's premier hotel continues to lead the way

The Sense continues to be our choice for Sofia - there is not another hotel that can match it in my opinion. Special mention to Slavka in the rooftop terrace restaurant who looked after us so well as always. It is members of staff like Slavka who make the Sense Hotel what it is. Thank you.

The member of staff at the spa stated that our two children (4 and 6) could not use the hot and cold tubs. This is incorrect but makes me wary of coming with children again. There are particular times set for children under 14 entering the spa which is understandable however further training to staff on what children are and are not allowed to do would be helpful. It may not seem like a big deal to an adult but to a four year old who has been excited about going to teh spa for weeks in advnace it does matter. Ergo it matters to their parents. No Bulgarian speaker on the front reception desk.

Very nice hotel in the middle of beautiful Sofia with friendly service, great view from the rooftop

Location was very central and even if on a main road the room was very quiet. Nice modern decor, big windows and funky bar on the roof with incredible view over Sofia. The breakfast was very good, everything needed there and more with lovely service. We had dinner in the restaurant attached to the lobby and the Asian fusion was delicious.

The bathroom could use a bit of an renovation, better towel rack so that the towels dry since we dont ask for new ones for environmental reasons. Also the complimentary water provided in the room came in small plastic bottles, and there are better and more sustainable ways of providing water without using so much plastic. In the evening the music in the restaurant was too loud for us, hard to have a conversation.

Nice Designer Hotel located in the centre of Sofia

I liked fast and friendly check in. Also that a very friendly doorman helpend me with my baggage. The breakfast was very nice and also the rooftop bar.

The shower and bathroom. It seemed I had a too handicap -friendly room. In shower I constantly had to hold the shower grip as it was located too low. I could not just stand and relax under the shower. Also there was nothing to close the shower part so there was a lot of water around the bathroom area.

Staff are very courteous. Service was excellent. Location of the hotel is best.

When you walk from the reception to the lobby you have to go down a few steps. You need to have a ramp in that place. At this point in time there is no facility to take a wheelchair or heavy luggage.

Disappointing

The spa was the best.

I had to pay a deposit in advance of almost double the price of the reservation and it took almost 4 days for the difference to be returned to my account

The Thai Massage rocks!

The Thai massage at the Sense Spa was wonderful! Highly reccommend Very clean, top location. So far the best hotel in Sofia

Stylish hotel in city center

Lovely design hotel, with very central location perfect for exploring the city. Room was very spacious and comfortable and very modern. Loved the spa centre and the breakfast area and choices.

Towel hangers - there's never enough of them in any hotel. It was very crowded in the spa due to the holiday season, so would probably recommend during some low-season period during the year.
