All of the great Tahoe Donner amenities are nearby! Ski and snowboard at the Tahoe Donner Ski Resort or drive over to Northstar for more adventures. Three miles away, spend a gorgeous California day at Donner Lake to fish and take in the breathtaking scenery. Just a short drive into downtown Truckee will bring you to local restaurants like Modern Bistro, Truckee Tavern & Grill, and fine dining at Trokay. This rental is also conveniently close to the Trout Creek Recreational Center, Squaw Valley, and more!

*Following the Tahoe Donner HOA agreements, gatherings of people not renting the home are not allowed. Authorities will be notified if there is a party or large gathering in the home.
*No excessive noise and/or trash
*All exterior lights must be turned off between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am, seven days a week
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Dock details: There is a private dock at the Tahoe Donner Marina. Please bring your guest access cards. A $15 fee applies. Public docks are located along Donner Lake on Donner Pass Road.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
