A great few days of relaxation with our small dog.

It is so peaceful and quiet and is completely friendly for dogs.

Relaxing but not as good as previous stays.

Location is beautiful. Nicely decorated, although in need of some touch ups in places.

The property would benefit from some touch ups and deep cleaning. Understandably the walls and carpets get dirty and scuffed from continuous use but it would be good if these could be cleaned/touched up from time to time.

The recent refurbishment has been done to a high standard Fabulous view from our comfy room Food and drink very good served by most friendly and efficient staff

Peaceful luxury with gorgeous views

Sublime location overlooking the river and the old wooden toll bridge. The views from the room and from the restaurant are worth the cost alone!

No EV charging available. Service at breakfast was a little slow, but it’s not the kind of place people are in a rush.

Absolutely outstanding! Couldn’t speak highly enough of the place. The building was stunning and the staff where excellent. The food and drinks where very good quality and affordable. Will definitely be back we was blown away by the place!

Perfection, could not fault this place, very dog friendly

Breakfast and location you couldn't fault, Christmas Dinner was lovely and staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome

Fantastic place on top of a lake... the rooms were spacious, clean and provided all main facilities, including a big size tv. The food for dinner and breakfast was fantastic. The staff were so welcoming.

Bit overpriced christmas lunch but otherwise everything was great!

fantastic property, fantastic location, fantastic staff.

had a couple of complaints about items in the room which weren’t addressed during our stay despite 3 requests. 1 light never worked (despite another being resolved the next day) and the safe was permanently locked.

The location is outstanding with views across the estuary. The food was excellent and the customer service was exceptional with the staff going above and beyond, even to the point that they tried to book me another hotel as I had mistakenly only booked one night instead of two. They were superb.
