- Large car park, plenty of spaces
- Dog allowed in bar area
- Great location for country walks
- Extremely clean inside and out
- Nice decor and well maintained grounds
- Varied continental breakfast selection
- Full English was rich and filling
- Small tv, size of A4 piece of paper
- Lack of towel hooks, the shower was at the opposite end of the room to the towel rail
- Slip hazards, shower tray, bathroom tiles
- No storage options for toiletries
- No iron
- Different mattresses for each single bed pushed into a superking, uneven sizes
- Only filter coffee at breakfast though coffee machine clearly on and not given as an option
- Automatic 10% service charge at dinner. However, wrong drink order, gave a fork for a soup starter and scallop was cut into thirds

Was very pet friendly and was a fantastic place to stay and the staff was really helpful

I liked the restaurant area looked and the building from the outside looks amazing.
It wasn’t clean to high standards and looked like a lazy job had been done, the rooms have got potential to be really nice and welcoming. The light bulbs were blown then toilet had stains and the staff moved me to a room which had a drainage smell with cobwebs and stained cups.

The setting was beautiful, loved all of the original features, very rustic and the Christmas trees added to it. Very cosy oldy worldy beautiful place.
Enjoyable stay.
4.2
Lovely staff on arrival and for dinner. Beautiful building and very tastefully modernised. Dinner very good
Granola and yogourt nice
Service a bit poor for breakfast ( did not ask if we wanted any sauces or condiments - and we did but none to be found and staff didnt come back!) and breakfast itself was either overcooked to a crisp or had been left to stand so bacon almost inedible and black pudding like shoe leather.
Bed was not comfortable ( quality of mattress often lets places down when it should be the most important thing and traffic noise was a bit disturbing. I had asked for a quiet room!

Room was very nice, bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious with a good shower.
Evening meal was lovely and good value, very friendly staff who made sure that we were looked after. Breakfast order was taken the night before and was cooked fresh when we sat at our table.
Would definitely vist again next rime we go to the Nalvern flower show.

Nothing to dislike, great overnight stay at a beautiful village hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Evening meal was excellent
Room was very warm and having window open was noisy

A lot of money has been spent and it is of a good standard. Good breakfast.
Don’t stay in room 14. The noise from the room above is bad. Hot water ran out in the morning. Couldn’t get Wi-Fi in the room. Rotten egg smell in pub which I think is the log burner.Despite booking dinner in advance we were put in soulless function room which we declined.
4.2
Breakfast was very good
Nothing suited all my requirements

Loved the location of The Green Man
And all the history that goes with it
Perfect for walking breaks
Having free parking on site
Not organised
Problems not dealt with in a professional manner

interesting, good position
poor lighting in bar area

Most of the breakfast options were nice except the eggs benedict. Didn't like the sauce or ham. The staff were very friendly. Lovely location.
The bathroom was a bit of a let down. Not very big and the toilet flush was sticking quite often. There was a bowl under a leaking radiator which looked untidy. Also the hot water ran out quickly in the morning. Only one person had a hot shower. We did complain about this when we were paying at the end of our stay.
4.2
Bathroom flooded from shower. Noise from next door up until early morning talking not very sound insulated
Lovely rooms great people there nice place just little things that need to be sorted out

completely wrong room as advertised very disappointed advertised as having fridge, kitchen with fridge etc and I’ve paid £130.00 for one night in a room we wouldn’t have paid £60 for

beautiful building with so much character. lovely food and atmosphere in the restaurant/bar.
it was a bit chilly in the room at night when the heating went off but it’s an old building so that’s to be expected.
