not great staff. issues with booking system.

was clean

they messed up our booking and my sister in law had to sleep on the ground on cushions. no apologies, just blamed booking.com and us.

Thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and staff

The staff were so welcoming and friendly

When site states shared bathroom it needs to be specific that it’s all rooms share the one bathroom

Save $100 and sleep in your car

Location was ok

Small room for the price , lucky I was alone .. Small 3 panels radiator which you have to turn in when you get there and takes have the night to warm itself up ( in winter ) Shared bathroom and toilet with no lock 👎🏾 No courtesy outdoor lights if/when you need to get to your car on a slippery metal stairs in the

Bar staff were very chatty and pleasant. Historic hotel with lovely modern addition downstairs. Loved the open fireplace.

I love this place - don’t book if a party and band below

I booked months ago - I organised beer garden for 15 in front of big screen tv - get there ,a birthday party- no one told me we had been moved to Bistro .

Creeking floors and leaking tap kept me awake most of the night, ended up leaving 5am as could not sleep.

Good hotel to stop in between the Grampians and Melbourne

good location and convenient to have the restaurant downstairs

Overall good but a few things oils be improved: - Cleanliness of the floor in the room - There’s an oddly placed window above the door of the room that cannot be blacked out - The bathrooms could be a bit more modern

Nothing.

Pillow stunk, unheated bathroom, expensive ordinary food, expensive drinks. Left at 3am because it was disgusting.

Could have used some breakfast. There was nothing available upstairs.

Obviously the wash basins need to improvement as the taps leak and a better location. But I think your working on that problem. Oh and it wasn't me but you had one guest who could not use the back stairs due to an issue with heights.

I’m sure it was an oversight but there was no soap with the towels provided. pretty hard to have a shower with no soap.

Very cold stay

Very clean, sheets were new and good condition. Nice bar area downstairs, easy check in.

The bathroom is absolutely freezing. The PowerPoints don’t work properly and there isn’t enough room for more than two people in there. The lighting is horrible in there and it’s uni sex bathroom, which is uncomfortable. Girls that work behind the bar were not friendly & the place is bit dead, not in main town. Nothing around for breakfast.

Very comfortable environment before a hospital stay.

Clean and Quiet room. All amenities shared which was not a problem, everything you required was in place.

Nothing to dislike would go again

It was economical, clean, safe, basic and the staff were polite, helpful and professional.

I did not eat in as I was eating with my adult elsewhere.

No complaints....it was all good. Nothing to whinge about at all.
