The rural location was lovely if you have a car and not too far from Cobh
The stairs going up were outside and subjected to the weather

Lovely, peaceful. Great hosts and the cats and dogs made it wonderful.
Next time I would make sure I had a car. Although local people are really helpful and lovely

Nice ambience, great location .
I didn't know there was no sitting area but that was probably my own fault.

Loved the location, just out of Cobhn overlooking Cork Harbour. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable and the host was very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend this property
There's lots to do and see in Cobhn and Cork is an easy 15 minute drive away.

Beautiful setting, thoughtful details and very clean in the accomodation. Excellent communication. Loved the separate upstairs sitting area and the visits from the barn cats.
Minor noise disturbance from cars parked right outside the bedroom window.

This apartment has everything you could wish for. The beautiful buildings interior is exceptional: Big, bright, cosy, clean and warm... perfect! The pictures don't do it justice, it's even nicer than on the images 😃

Shirley was so friendly and helpful. She directed us to places of interest which we loved. The town of Cobh is charming.
A lite difficult to find. A sign at the end of the road would be helpful.
3.5
It is a well-maintained property in a quiet area, with good surrounding grounds. Not too far from Cork, although the traffic going into Cork can get back. The owner is helpful.
The apartment is not huge, and although the two floors help, having a large staircase in the middle of the downstairs living area makes it feel a bit cramped. The room lets onto a courtyard area, which can mean people sitting at a table just outside your door (there were no problems, it's just a bit awkward. The owner has dogs who are very friendly, but who have not been trained to stay out of the apartments, so it wasn't possible to keep the door open without a dog coming in. They are nice, and would leave when asked, but then just come back in again.

Beautiful location. Excellent, friendly, host. The bed was more comfortable than a lot of hotels I've stayed in. Suited my needs perfectly. I was travelling for business but I'll definitely return for leisure.
Nothing.

Shirley the host was so welcoming and friendly. The animals added greatly to the enjoyment of the stay for the children and the fresh laid eggs from the chickens that Shirley left in our accommodation was a lovely gesture. The view from the garden was stunning, especially at night time with the lights of Cork Harbour. A lovely quite location with lots of character.. I would definitely recommend as a location close to Cobh and Cork City
The seating in the sitting room was a little uncomfortable but not a major drawback!
5.0
The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, the accommodation itself was beyond what we expected for the price we paid, it felt cosy and spacious at the same time, we had everything we needed and the hostess was prompt to assist if necessary.
The location was great, lovely view and gorgeous building. We had privacy, yet the layout made it possible to have a friendly chat with other guests.
All in all I would definitely go back any chance I'd have.
The kids had a great time there, too, and would happily go back.
4.5
Beautiful setting looking out over the sea and very relaxing atmosphere.
Hard to say. A washing machine would be helpful for longer stays. Clothes horse in Carrigtohill is an excellent laundry service.
