Will never go there. They will definitely spoil your stay in that hotel.

There’s nothing be like the picture showed in the booking.com. That was totally different. The room is very tiny with 2 beds. And the washroom was like be never expected. The toilet seat was broken. And the service was very very unprofessional. When we enter in the hotel we can easily smell something really bad like a drug. I would never recommend anyone to go in this hotel.

Everything is worstest.

Blood stains and dried blood on mattress, dirty cramped shared toilets, everything dusty. Stank of stale cigarettes. Didn't stay to sleep in bed in case of possible bed bugs, left within hours of checking in. (Didn't see any but didn't want to risk it.)

Awful experience

Travelled for work and sent a message that I would need to check in late, went to check in and no one was available. I waited 2 hours for staff to check me in with no answer, I called and emailed and had no response before I had to leave for work. I then had to wait 8 hours at night for someone to check me in. And I still had no response, no refund and no apology for the lack of response. Only saving grace was the gentleman who was in early the next day to check me in and move my booking over.

The outside was nice

From the reception to the whole building it stank of smoke, our room stank like someone had just used the toilet. The walls and doors were stained. The tv did not work . The bathroom was disgusting. Dirty toilet seat , dirty shower , dirty floor, the towel rail broke as soon as I put the flimsy towel in it. A huge let down. The guy at reception said the room has been recently redone but there was no sign of that. Pure filth .

Lovely staff who made our stay worth the money. Venue wasn't worth what we paid.

Staff were lovely, we had a check out time of 10am but was running in the manchester marathon so they let us keep out room all day sunday to store belongings and come back for a shower. Made it worth every penny.

Room close to us was up all night partying till gone 4am. Not the hotels fault just slightly inconvenient. Bathroom was clean but in desperate need of a refurb. Cold tap on the basin didnt work so had to used hot when brushing our teeth

great location and nice looking from the outside. the facilities need fixing and basic room maintenance is in order. For

the outer decoration was beautiful

the shower temperature didn’t work, the room smelt musty and there were ants all over the place.

LITERALLY NOTHING! Too expensive for the service they provide.

dirty bed sheets, very far from city center and airport, dodgy area. You could literally hear people in the next room.. and worst of all, they did not want to take my luggage after I checked out at 10:00am

It’s completely rubbish situation. No service , so smelly everywhere. Also no hello , so rude and I can’t Beleve how come they under of booking.com . No safety this property atall . I did not leave I paid but at nite with 2 twin 3 year baby and my wife I left . I need my money back otherwise I will complain to Oumbausment. Thanks

absalout disaster! avoid! pure desperate measures!

need serious work, staff and prices need to be re looked at. AND a sign board!

mould in the shower! mattress is basically a piece of cardboard! the door to the rooms is like a prison cell door!

Shower was unusuable as the drain took way to long to get rid of water there was a bad smell of smoke in the full hotel and overall the place needs a good clean
