The room was super cozy, with a great window view of the street. The elevator was a lifesaver after long days of exploring. Definitely a cool spot to crash in the city!
One downside to my stay was the light coming through the window. The blinds weren't effective, and the layout of the room meant the sunlight hit me directly in the eyes every morning. Normally, light doesn't bother me, but this was a bit too much.

Sauber, Personal freundlich, Lage sehr gut.
Frühstück mit viel Plastik-Verpackung

I really liked my stay at the Melarose. It is in the Prezlauberg (sorry, for the spelling) and walkable to many cool and fantastic restaurants. walkable to the M4 metro station. There’s a Spati (off licence/ 7-11) about 10-20m to the left, and you get daily necessities there.
The room and the bathroom itself were super clean. I was very impressed with the cleanliness. The double room was a nice comfortable size. The mattress is exceptional- I don’t think I’ve slept as comfortably in a while. (should’ve noted the brand!).
The staff at the reception desk are all very nice and helpful. Thanks to the lady who let me check out late, and the gentlemen who let me store beer in the fridge and who booked my taxi!!
I’ve given a 9/10 for facilities purely because there was no safe in the cupboard and no AC (and the room did get hot!) but that’s probably my own mistake.
Overall I had a really nice, very comfortable and pleasant stay. Vielen dank to the staff at Hotel for making me feel welcome, for being so helpful and genuinely nice. Thank you!!
None. Except could do with an AC in the summer perhaps! My room was next to the Metro line, even then I slept like a baby simply because the mattress is of really good quality!

I can't speak well enough. Wonderfully kind people. I missed my flight. The kindness and help was incredible. When i go back there is only one place i will stay

Cheap, but very clean and comfortable.
no air conditioning. if you open the window at night it is very loud due to the road

Clean and quiet
I expected more in terms of the Feng shui, which consistet in small details, but the overall style ( colours, decoration) did not suit my taste

- Friendly staff
- Great location
- Clean
- My room was towards main road and it was too load.
- My room was connected via door to another room. There was staying a chain smoker and all the smell and smoke was coming to my room. It was hard for me to breath.
- The reception is only until 10pm.

The beds were super comfy, the staff were really friendly. The room was very clean. The hotel was in a great location, but it wasn't noisy at night.
The only small thing is that the soap wasnt replaced when I ran out.

Clean, comfortable hotel with calm, pleasant atmosphere. Great breakfast. Nice staff. Good location with shops & restaurants close by but not crazy busy like some areas. We arrived late at night after reception had closed, but the pre-arranged system to collect our key cards was very easy to use. We will be back next time we visit Berlin 🙂
Stayed during heatwave which meant that we needed to keep windows open, so tram/traffic noise was quite noticeable in our room at the front of hotel, but that's the price you pay for the convenience of a tram stop 2 minutes walk away.
4.1
good breakfast buffet, tramway stop closed-by, safe in the room, secured facility
bottle of water in the room not free

Hotel is so close to Alexanderplatz, its location is great. The room was very clean.
The reception hours seem until 18.00 but there was nobody while I was doing my checkout. Also I made late check-in. They gave me missing code for to get my key
4.1
great location, very friendly staff, very clean, quiet, good internet, quick to respond and flexible that’s why I prefer staying at a hotel rather than an Airbnb
a nice touch would be to have soap that’s not wrapped in plastic and for me the mattress was a bit soft (but that is personal preference)

The hotel was very clean, easily accessible and just a short walk from the tram, so very easy to get around. I was bit disappointed with the size of room, I thought it would be slightly bigger however it was very comfortable and clean, we slept well and it as we were only there for a weekend so it was fine. There are plenty of good restaurants and wine bars close by so a really lovely area to stay in.
The impact of covid means shortened reception hours and no breakfast restaurant.

Excellent location in one of Berlin's best neighbourhoods with superb public transport options and plenty of eateries all around. Good, clean rooms with modern facilities. Helpful and friendly staff. Quiet.

Lovely clean room! The shower was great, the bed was really comfortable, and despite facing a main road, it was lovely and quiet.
Staff were very friendly and helpful; everyone I spoke to could help me in English, and didn't mock my abysmal German.
Great value for money in a great location.
I'll definitely be staying here again!
