Excellent customer management & support, breakfast was excellent.
The room furniture were not great & quite old. TV was 18th century model.

Proximity to train station

Room was clean and decent.
The amount of money I paid was too much for what I got. Location is a bit on the shady side tbh. Staff were meh. Overall not worth the money paid, if it were significantly cheaper I'd recommend.
3.1
Nothing, the hotel was filthy. ROOM was filthy, air con did not work, pillows were stained. No hot water in shower, windows did not open.

Good location value of money

The location was good for central Glasgow
Cleanliness, staff friendliness and approachability.
It felt as if this hotel was being used to house asylum seekers which isn’t mentioned anywhere.
3.1
Easy enough to get to. 20 minutes walk to central Glasgow, lots of bars/shops etc within easy distance
Place is a little dated

Not a lot
Restaurant just opened for breakfast (so false advertising). I would never go here again

I like the location and how the rooms are laid out.
The fact that I paid £30 extra for a late check out and not once, but twice were we woken up to say that we were late to check out. Twice I had to say to the 2 different people that came to our door that I paid extra for the 12pm checkout.

Breakfast was good but that’s about it.
The room was supposed to be a double room. Instead it was a single room with a 3/4 bed.
The headboard was greasy, sticky and had stuff clinging to it.
The bath had hair in it.
The window was not sealed and the draught was awful.
The light bulbs and soap dispenser were covered in dust and grime.
To top it off, when you contact their customer service to make complaint they will advise you of a maximum time to hear back. Then you don’t hear back from them.
Will never book again and would highly recommend everyone else avoids and goes to another hotel.

The experience was flawless; the bedroom was lovely, the bathroom immaculate, with provisions of tea, coffee, and an electric kettle. The room was exceptionally clean and had a pleasant scent. The staff were incredibly friendly. Additionally, there is a train station conveniently located near the hotel.
Nothing.

We had problems finding hotel .. tucked around the back - probably our own fault as in haste to find .. unless directions included in booking maybe

The location is great!!!!!
It is really old and run down if like us it was just a bed for the night for the price we paid you can’t knock it !

The most significant issue was that the air conditioning and central heating were not functioning properly. This made my stay uncomfortable as the room temperature was not adequately regulated.
The room itself was quite outdated, with very old furniture that didn't add to the overall comfort. The mattress was uncomfortable, which made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, I noticed that the bathroom curtain was in a poor state, covered in stains. This gave the impression that the room was not adequately cleaned or maintained.
Another downside was the noise level in the room. The hotel was situated near a motorway and a train station, which meant that there was constant noise from passing vehicles and trains. This disrupted my ability to relax and rest during my stay.
Overall, my experience at this hotel was disappointing due to the issues with the air conditioning and heating, outdated room furnishings, uncomfortable mattress, and the unclean bathroom curtain. The noise from the nearby motorway and train station only added to my discomfort. I hope that the hotel takes steps to address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

Location only
It’s mention that it is double bed, but I found out it is like twin bed, but the joint them together so it was not convertible for me.

Oh dear I’m struggling a bit. The room was very functional and uninviting.
I can’t comment on breakfast as I didn’t have it. I don’t take dairy and asked if you had oat milk. The receptionist checked and said you could offer soya but I prefer oat milk, sorry. So I went to the nearby cafe. Tea/coffee in room poor and only 1 of 3 lifts working!! What happens when that breaks down!!??
3.1
