Je recommande cet établissement, très bon rapport qualité prix à Koh Phangnan !

La taille et le confort des chambres. Terrasse magnifique et délicieux petit-déjeuner. Personnel très agréable. Belle piscine et plage privée.

Le restaurant offre des plats que jusqu'à 17h. Chambre donnant sur la piscine un peu bruyante (musique et bruit des chaises sur la terrasse au dessus tôt le matin), les cottages doivent être plus calmes.

Super séjour dans un très bon hôtel !

Les matelas étaient super les chambres évidemment, spacieuses et propres. L’hôtel était vraiment bien, bien situé, la vue de la piscine top, le gérant et les employés sont très sympas. Merci.

Es gibt wohl keine bessere Aussicht auf der Insel, noch zu diesem Preis. Wir konnten günstig spontan verlängern, uns wurde sogar ein billigeres Angebot als normal (Weihnachtssaison) gegeben. Alles ist sehr sauber und die Zimmer sind schön.

Einziges Manko: Neue Handtücher könnten gerne häufiger gebracht werden.

Un horror. No volveré jamás a este hotel ni se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Que no son profesionales con los servicios que ofrecen. Pedí un taxi para las 4:15 AM. La recepcionista me confirmó el taxi varías veces. En un principio la recepcionista quería venir a las 4:00AM a mi habitación para hacer el check out pero más tarde se arrepintió y me dijo que como tenía que trabajar todo el día, que le dejase la llave en su escritorio, así se ahorraba levantarse. Le pregunté de nuevo si estaba confirmado el taxi. Me respondió que SI. Estuve esperando el taxi desde las 4:10 hasta las 4:30 - hay cámaras, se puede comprobar fácilmente - y el taxi no vino. Este hotel está en un lugar apartado de la carretera principal y tengo bastante equipaje con lo que la idea de ponerme a caminar no era viable. He perdido mi billete de Ferry y Autobús hasta mi siguiente destino que es TRANG (THAILAND). Además de la cantidad de dinero que he perdido, lo peor de todo es que pierdo un trabajo que tengo hoy en TRANG. Quiero responsabilidades por parte del hotel, porque es una negligencia muy grande por parte ellos y han provocado este desastre. Son las 7:47 y en recepción sigue sin haber nadie. Estoy muy enfadado. Muy enfadado con el hotel. Si no se hacen cargo de esto, los denunciaré ante booking. Exijo que me abonen el precio de los billetes comprados y que pongan una solución coherente a este mal servicio. Repito: Estoy muy muy enfadado. Imposible escribir algo positivo sobre los servicios del hotel.

Tolles Ressort mit unglaublichen Ausblick

Ich hatte im Golden Hill Resort eine sehr gute Zeit. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich. Der Besitzer hat mir gute Tipps gegeben was man auf Koh Phangan so machen kann. Mein persönliches Highlight war auf jeden Fall die unglaubliche Aussicht auf das Meer, wovon aus man wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge sehen konnte. Wenn ich wieder auf Koh Phangan bin, werde ich auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Good value

The view from the pool was gorgeous. I liked that there were 3 beds separate in the room. There were 3 different mirror options too which made getting ready for 3 girls easy. The beds were comfortable and the fan kept it cool enough for us.the staff was helpful and friendly. The view is really nice with 2 balconies 🙏🏽

I didnt like that the light was connected to the inside room and the outside balcony. Also the towels smelled a bit weird but it's probably because it was hard to keep everything dry. The tiles in the bathroom floor moved around a bit and the shower wasn't amazing but it worked and the water was hot. Overall a good experience though.

Pretty awesome

The place was very clean and accessible. It has a beach where you can dive into the sea and a pool where you can chill. Best price/performance rate in Koh Phangan.

Everything is perfect!

It was my first visit to the island. The resort was very nice and it was a relaxing, quiet place to spend time. Perhaps, it's the best one for its wonderful view with a cozy swimming pool . The resort is really lovely and clean, the food is perfect and a kind/helpful staff . In a nutshell, I recommend this beach resort !

Exceptional

I really enjoyed my stay here! The common area and the pool are super relaxing. There's even a small private beach. Since the Resort is located on a small hill you have a super nice view on the ocean and of course the best spot for watching sunsets! Also the owner helped me with recommendations on what to do on the island.

Good location with nice view from the Pool. Quiet.

The most important to say: Way too expensive for what you get. We paid 12600 baht for 5 nights. Without breakfast. We realized that we could get better hotels then this for less expensive. And at the end they charged us 100 baht for a broken tiny cup. Also: No Bar and drinks on the pool. Restaurant is only open for breakfast. Photos on booking.com look nicer then in real.

good location. nice view

overpriced. old. in the booking i requested extra bed for the child, it was confirmed, when i arrived they never heard about it and charged extra. in general old and thai style houses, not too clean, many ants.

Disappointing

- Spacious room with balcony + chairs and tables - Beautiful sunset from the hotel reception and pool - Well placed with a scooter - Taxi service to and from the port - Friendly staff

- Three star hotel deserving only two stars for the decoration of the room, hole on the roof outside, ask each day if you want the room cleaned, no mosquitoes net on doors and windows except in the bathroom, poor maintenance of exteriors, bungalow expensive for what it is despite the Full Moon Party period… - The hotel proposed a taxi service but in our case we were late with the ferry and the manager didn't even call us to find out where we were so we had to find a more expensive taxi - Very spacious room but badly organized with a huge space with no furnitures and a place to put your things (e.g. when travelling with a backpack), no shower cubicle in the bathroom which leads to water everywhere

Swimming pool is amazing and sunsets here are unforgettable 🥰😍 the staff is very nice and they help with everything location is great, close to the pier

The rooms are quite basic but enough. surroundings are amazing. You need a scooter to move around to get food cuz not a restaurant in the hotel

Good value for money

Big, comfortable bed in a spacious room, easy to keep a good temperature with aircon. Nice big balcony area. Bike rental 2 min walk away, restaurants, shops and bars within 5 min bike and town centre 10 min bike. Great value for money!

Bathroom very dark, lack of plug sockets at side of bed and a few bulbs out. A bit out of the way if you are planning on walking to places (get a bike if possible). Taxis are REALLY expensive on this island, especially around time of full moon party! Cash only! We were hoping to pay card and got caught out, it didn't matter as we left passport as deposit.
