The staff on night duty was so rude. We had to refill our water bottle, so we went to bar area and used the tap ( same place we got it refilled in the morning) we were not aware that we are not allowed to do that when staff is not in the bar area. A lady from the reception side came n spoke so rudely with us as if we were stealing something. They should mark the area as not to be used when unattended instead of mistreating guests

The room and facilities were great. Having coffee shop and being able to eat on site was good also. It is also opposite the lake so view was lovely too.

I stay at many hotels one a month maybe two sometimes and this is the first time I’ve woke up for a bed without a neckache or a backache so that is a big bonus for me👌🤙
Breakfast was cold but I understand that they couldn’t keep it hot due to all the clients lifting the lids up and down multiple times and the tea bags was not in English so couldn’t quite guess which one was which overall was an amazing stay 👌

Large rooms. The breakfast was great
The rooms weren't clean or checked, so I stood at reception for 30 mins while they checked the rooms, although it was an hr after their check-in time.
Our room was so hot. We sweated the night as we couldn't turn the heating down. Absolutely terrible sleep.
When we checked out, there was a room service charge of $104 added to the room. The staff eventually believed us but again. Very unprofessional.

Great facilities
The air conditioning didn’t cope for the large crowd

The fancy bar and restaurant and the fancy lights in the room. The entrance foyer had a lot of seats to sit and relax which was good
The room service breakfast arrived very cold with no lid over the breakfast. The bread wasn’t toasted properly and no butter was given for the toast and the coffee was very cold . All the food for the breakfast was very cold. The tv should have Foxtel so customers can watch some movies free of charge like other hotels in the city which do offer Foxtel.

Breakfast has a good selection of food bit the coffee machine fodnt work well.
The location is good for a conference but having 2 Melbourne Pullmans is confusing because people from interstate and some people going to conference by 9am went to the city Pullman first. They need to be more identifiable
Being charged $56 for tips when eating in the resteraunt when it wasn't discussed with me first.
Parking should be free for guests paying for rooms

Staff very friendly , gym is excellent , cafe had good coffee , location is close to CBD
Slow lines at counter , rooms looking a tad tired , value for money , recieved a positive Covid test whilst in hotel and asked to leave hotel one day early to not affect any one else with Covid and was charged late check out fee which is a bit rich ? Would you rather us possibly infect staff or guests ? Would I stay there again ? Yes but at a cheaper rate would bump score up a tad

Location is great. Rooms are big. Shower is hot. Was very quiet, although not busy.
Weird that the bed was two mattresses push together. Shower water runs over the floor. Other than that, it was ok.
2.5
It was quiet
Staff were young, on training it seemed, and generally overwhelmed at the bar and at breakfast; not their fault.

For 3 nights in a row, the room directly above us kept jumping or banging, aswell had loud music blaring with bass till 0430hrs every night. My wife and I left one night early and didn't even ask for a refund we were that disappointed.

Nice well appointed room.
Especially liked that staff were helpful, warm and friendly from checking in to dinner, breakfast, baggage storage etc.

They were nice to offer pasteries and free upgrade for my birthday and also quick to respond to requests! The view from the room overseeing the lake was also awesome!
The glass panel for the showers was only half of the whole area and water seeps out when showering.

Fantastic greeting from the staff, spotless and so clean. Rooms were beyond comfortable, great lighting, great facilities, get food. Great free trams to the city just around the corner! Fabulous location if you don't want the hustle and bustle of the city and its $12 uber into the city! Amazing.
Nothing!

Bed was comfortable. Pillows were not good
The room was disappointing - it looked very tired. The bathroom design was poor and water from the shower continually escaped - hence damage already exists on bathroom door.
4.5
great location, good staff, good sized rooms
bathrooms were a little outdated but nothing wrong with them, check in took quite a while but it was a Saturday around 2-3pm

A very nice large clean room with a great bed. My wife loved the extra mirrors in the bedroom apart from the one in the bathroom. The decor was up to date, especially the cupboards etc. were of good quality and we had a reasonable view of Albert Park which we really appreciated.
Although bathroom was updated it did not have a fully enclosure & water was splashed outside shower cubicle, requiring a wipe down after showering. This was something minor compared to all positives.

Location
i don't usually every complain ,however,I have stayed at Pullman Albert park a few times and this was probably the most disappointing time.Check in process was slow with no structure, after waiting in queue for 25 min people behind us were being half checked in then sent back to the queue to finalise the process which meant we lost or position in the line. The double bed we had was basically two singles pushed together so you could feel the join line between the beds. The room and bathroom was outdated , the refrigerator in the room was noisy. We decided to stay for breakfast which at $38 per head was way overpriced for what you get in comparison to other places we have stayed where you could at least get fried eggs or an omelette made, this was basically serve yourself buffet ( which is fine ) but also make your own coffee.

good location, close to tram line, only a few stops away from Federation Square or St Kilda Beach, good hotel option if attending the Aus Open, there is an indoor pool and gym
there are not many cafes, restaurants or supermarket options within walking distance of the hotel
