Value for money, good for a group of 6.

We booked 2 rooms with 3 individual beds and the rooms and the bed were super confy for all. The hotel provides drinks and cakes, they have parking available at reasonable price.

The bar was very nice, but none of the drinks we wanted was available. There is 1 person fir both reception and the bar.

Wir kommen nicht mehr wieder ..... haben noch mehr Fotos gemacht , aber nur zwei hochgeladen.....

Die Lage war genial, mittendrin in der Stadt, und überall was los, nah an petite france ( sooo schön) . Das war perfekt.

Das Zimmer eine Suite mit Balkon war eine große Enttäuschung, viel Dreck und Staub (Fotos haben wir gemacht) und als wir schon mehrere Stunden in der Stadt waren, wollten wir uns mit etwas TV ausruhen, der ging schon mal gar nicht, eine hilflose Dame kam und wußte auch nicht weiter, sie ging mit den Worten: do you want some drinks? and for one night , that`s no problem with the tv, wir finden diese Aussage unmöglich, wir bezahlen eine 4 Sterne ( never 4 Sterne:((( ) Hotel / Zimmer und möchten daher , wenn auch nur eine Nacht, alle bezahlten Leistungen erhalten! Und TV schauen , wann wir mögen! Der Balkon war sehr hässlich , zwei Stühle ein Tisch, lieblos ohne Polster.... alles alt und renovierungsbedürftig, Leider war kein Techniker am Donnerstag und auch am Freitag im Hause und auch kein Chef/keine Chefin als Ansprechpartner, wir wollten gerne ein Gespräch, man verwies uns darauf dem Management zu mailen. Toll:((. Das machen wir auch noch. Die Dame versprach uns eigentlich ein kostenloses Frühstück , leider wußte da morgens keiner mehr was davon. Nicht gut. Das Frühstück war kein Knüller, weiche ältere Radieschen, braune Bananen, die Sojamilch war schon "quarkig" , es gab nichts Besonderes was den 4 Sterne Standard rechtfertigen würde. Und das für 16 Euro pro Person, ist zwar normal heutzutage aber bitte nicht für DAS da:(. Schade. Wir kommen sicher nicht mehr in dieses Hotel, auch wenn die Lage super war. Es gibt ja noch genug andere Hotels mittendrin ;):). Das Hotel sollte mal neu streichen lassen, die Heizkörper sind total verstaubt..... überall blättert und bröselt es...auch auf dem Balkon. Sorry, zu teuer für was ?

Wir würden dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Die zentrale und trotzdem relativ ruhige Lage (Straßenbahn in der Nähe) hat uns gut gefallen. Wir konnten kurzfristig noch einen Parkplatz in der Parkgarage des Hotels bekommen. Nettes Hotelpersonal und gutes Frühstück.

Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

* Personnel très agréable et à l'écoute * Petit-déjeuner magnifique * Excellent emplacement * Jolie déco (hormis les fausses plantes)

* Le volet de notre suite au 5eme étage était cassé et le rideau est mal coupé du coup il ne se ferme pas du tout (manque environ 30 cm), j'ai du dormir avec un masque !!!!! je l'ai signalé à l'issue par mail et l'hôtel ne m'a même pas répondu !!! * Hôtel qui se veut tourné vers un concept respectueux de la nature ... verres en plastique dans les chambres et au petit déjeuner et des tas de fausses plantes !!!!!!! même s'il s'agit éventuellement de plastique recyclé c'est tout de même du plastique ceci est donc peu compatible avec les valeurs prônées me semble t'il *Parking très cher

Reasonable place for short stay in Strasbourg

Location right in downtown, walking distance to all Strasbourg sightseeing attractions, nice breakfast and free coffee and water at the reception area

Mega ! Preis Leistung absolut nicht zu schlagen !

Personal sehr zuvorkommend, Preis/Leistung nicht zu toppen. Gratis Still- Und Sprudelwasser vor Ort, sowie auch Kaffee.

Straßburg immer wieder gerne aber nicht mehr in diesem Hotel!

Lage war top!!!!!!!! Zentrumsnah,alles gut zu erreichen. Wetter war gut und Altstadt ist ein Traum!!

Der Zustand der Zimmerasustattung hat absolut nicht den Bildern im Internet entsprochen. Teppich war verdreckt, Fugen im Badezimmer waren schimmelig und Fenster waren total veraltet.

Awesome hotel at a perfect location for sightseeing. Helpful staff, free hot chocolate/coffee.

5 mins from the nearest tram station, 10 mins from the cathedral. Perfect location if you would like to check out the city. Really helpful staff.

Clean and, for Strasbourg at least, an honest price for what you get

It is well located, and they seem to make an effort in terms of sustainability, which I appreciate. the room is reasonably sized for what is usually available in Strasbourg,

The room was very dark in the evening. The lighting is very limited, and I think they are aiming for a cosy snug feel, which I like, but they went too far and instead of cosy it ends up a bit gloomy. The digital TV system doesn’t really work well. Every so many seconds it starts pixelating, or it freezes outright, or the sound goes off for a second. It doesn’t seem to have enough bandwidth.

A big NO for the next time

The only one good thing about this hotel was its location and friendly staff at the reception

Unvacuumed carpet, bathroom door sticky from dirt with lots of dirty fingerprints on it, no main light in the room except for three 40 watt table lamps, furniture from the 60's made it hard to believe that we were staying in a 4 star hotel

Location

the room was advertised to have AC but there was non. we have to open the window and bear with noise on the street. We were rushing to our room for checked out and when we tried to use the key it wont came through , we asked the cleaning lady to open it , but the other girl tels her not too … ao we have to rush down have the key activated again … after seeing us got our luggages the other lady seem to laugh at our dilemma…
