Satisfactory but wouldn't do this again. Didn't feel safe.

Never met any staff but they did call when I text to enquire about a locker. I had to make a noise complaint any they text the next day to say they spoke to the people responsible to ask them to be quieter which it was the second night. The facilities were all shared as expected, it would have been so much better to have large lockers in the rooms with keys more readily available. This was my first time in a shared dorm like this and it was uncomfortable to share with strangers. Nowhere safe to put belongings other than under the bed or next to you in bed as you sleep. The bunk beds were comfortable but low so easy to hit your head. Bonus that the sockets were next to the bed. Shared fridge had room for my things you just need to keep them in a bag.

Lockers in the rooms would have been nice.

Comfortable room, lovely staff, good facilities

The staff were great, the room was nice and warm in winter, good breakfast

The location was ok but not in the nicest area if you need to walk alone after dark

Good basic hostel

Room was very comfortable, got a good night's sleep. Staff friendly and good selection cereal/bread/tea etc for breakfast. Easy to get to from Sheffield centre.

Bathrooms weren't very clean. Bedding was clean but the room itself wasn't very clean. One of the bathrooms didn't lock properly.

I only come to Sheffield for one night every 6 months and it’s a perfect place to stay.

Parking. Handy kitchen, shower/ toilets with spacious bedrooms. All tidy and warm. Friendly welcoming.

Door code lockers can be fiddly.

It was a smelly place.

I preferred to stay in my car rather than this property I stayed whole night in my car because it was really disgusting inside.

Good hostel, hope the noisy people aren't there during your stay.

The value was good, the room was basic but clean, bed comfortable. The showers were good and hot, apart from one was broken so you had to hold the shower head all the time. Heating as required worked well. Staff were helpful.

The people that stayed over the weekend, when I was there were a pain in arse. making loads of noise at 3:30 am, stomping around, talking really loudly. Waking up other guests who had to raise there voice s to them to keep the noise down. Got woken up again at 5 in the morning, someone hammering on the front door. It was just too noisy to get a good nights sleep. I think I was just unlucky that all the selfish people were there that weekend. That's life..
