Excellent breakfast with Ugandan delicacies

While the staff was very nice, the rooms need updating. Also, they need to fix and/or add hand rails. Very slippery when raining.

Service and ambience
Abit noisy from the couple next door on our last night

The entertainment for children is good. the music band and the music in the pool is good. the service of the staff is good.
The breakfast is acceptable but some products are missing, such as more fruits. the beds and pillows are not comfortable. There is no hair dryer in the bathroom. the water pressure is low

We lover the hospitality and all activities we did, eapecially, the white water tubing
There was nothing I didn't like about my trip. Everything, including the incident of breaking doen of the car that was taking us to the White water tubing starting place was fun

Breakfast was good. Location is also OK.
Reception staff was so unfriendly. No greetings on arrival, no smiling face. It seems the receptionist had a very long day she was just interested in collecting the payment. Receptionist didnt provide help in locating our room. we went around the property but couldnt find our room so came back to reception again.
This property needs to increase the staff the same reception lady whom we found @ 2300 hrs in the night was present again @ 8 AM in the morning.

Location and view.
Monkeys everywhere on the premises, staff keeps you safe
Mosquito nets: like curtains around the bed, very handy!
Nice terrace in front of the room.
While showering, water would flood all over bathroom

The huge territory with trees, paved walkways, lawns, and flowers faced the river Nile. The main building was very well decorated with ethnic bas-reliefs, amunition, and aquarium. Living houses are cottages which could be fully occupied by two families creating good atmosphere for spending time together. Having the swimming pool naturally shadowed with trees and good lounge music was an extra pleasure.
The toilets were first things to remind that all facilities demand renovation with very old tiles and outdated water flushing system. If you use it at night, you'd likely see the nightmares because of this alien sound. Furniture in the rooms was also quite old, which may still be appealing to an eye, but not so much when you hear noise when you open a door. I could not set up mosquito net myself, so wavy were the curtain rails. Wall lamps were close to fall down if our boy gently touch it. The swimming pool gave access to the bar, but the bar chairs standing in water were already so scratchy that to seat on them was risky. Out of four ladders leading to the pool, three were detached from the wall by corrosion. Additionally, the staff decided to wash the floors around the pool right when it opened for visitors, so the access was some time isolated by detergent foam, and also the foam got into the pool.

It was quite awesome, we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back

The hotel is located a little outside Jinja and it is not easy to get to the city.
The hotel has everything and is clean, very friendly and service oriented personnel. There is a nice pool and a fantastic view, the hotel also offers trips on the Nile, ATV or other.
The menu is a bit boring for a hotel of that caliber and level of ambition, but their whole fish is fantastic.

The manager was attentive to our needs in a speedy manner. Great breakfast.
Facilities are a bit old.

Location, accommodation and friendly staff
Evening meal was only OK.

Good facility in a spectacular location, breakfast was brilliant and customer service amazing. The hotel even allowed us a late check out so that we could enjoy the River Nile a little more, which was very kind.
The hotel is more than 20 years old and you can see the age, but we saw some renovation works so hopefully the place will be tip top soon!

The beautiful view, the food, the atmosphere and the room was very satisfying. The staff is very kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and we will return if we visit Uganda another time. We highly recommend Jinja Nile Resort Hotel.
At the moment they are rebuilding around the pool witch leaves a lot of noise and destroyes the peacefulness.
