Bed was a little uncomfortable

Great room. Light and airy, lovely powerful shower.
Could have been a bit cleaner. China lamp by bed very dirty, still shower bubbles on wall from previous tenants stay. Hair in plug hole.

Great place, full of art......stayed in the loft room, the bed is so comfy..the room is cosy.
Couldn't meet the owner, Kay, but she made sure that we have got everything.
Loved it...🥰
Can't think of anything.

The ceramics which play a large part of the ambiance were lovely, great variety and skilful formation of many different types of ceramics. The room we stayed in was the Art Deco room which had great attention to detail and the bed was comfy. Facilities were fine and did feel like we were staying at home.
Location was more remote than I had imagined when I booked it, however we walked everywhere which was fine. The room was sold as a private bathroom which was across the hall from our room, it didn't matter as there was no one else staying on our floor.

Fantastic property, fantastic hosts. Had the most amazing stay in such a unique house.
10/10 would return in the future.
Couldn't fault the property or hosts.

We loved the arty vibe of the property, thanks to the owner who is a local artist. We received a warm welcome, and had tea/coffee available in our room. The bed was comfy, the room peaceful, and the location was a nice walk (or very short taxi ride) into Brighton centre/beach!

The house is so charming and Kay makes a huge effort to make you feel at home.

Perfect location visiting family in Hollingdene, Brighton

very unique quirky Ceramic tile Art house!
just be advised: steep stairs to large loft room.
3.5
Lovely quirky little property, only a couple of miles away from the city centre. The property was clean, simple and cosy. Kay the owner was very nice and helpful and was good at communicating with me.
I feel that for the price I could have stayed at a more modern property, with a few more extras. Although the parking was free I feel unless you drive, you will be paying for taxis/Ubers or public transport. Additionally outside the property I feel there could be outdoor lighting to help you find the front door easier.

We stayed in The Gallery, which is in the garden outside the main property with its own entrance. Lovely secluded garden with seating, very interesting artwork and the building itself, comfy, good shower, it was like living in an arty den!
Very good bus service.
Excellent communication by owners.
There were several cars broken into nearby while we were there (3-4 days), with parking we were lucky to get a space, probably a better option without a car.
WiFi did not work (although not much bother to us)
