Great quaint hotel with a fantastic staff.

The room was spotless, check in and check out seamless and the breakfast was great with lots of selections. The location as central to all the sites including the bus terminal.

Probably a kettle with tea and coffee options in the room would hav been nice

Lovely stay in a great location.

It was clean and tidy, airconditioned.

I like to have tea and coffee baking facilities in the room and access to laundry facilities (and an iron).

Superb

Amazing location just steps down from the basilica. We were able to see the outside after dark all lit up without the crowds of tourists. The hotel was newly renovated and super clean. Staff was friendly and exceptionally helpful.

For some reason the air conditioner wasn't working. Thankfully it was early May and did cool off at night so with the windows open it wasn't terribly uncomfortable. Staff was very apologetic as it was the whole hotel not just our room.

The perfect place to stay in this wonderful place

Perfect location. Very comfortable room. We have visited several times and noted the recent refurbishments had enhanced the hotel without changing it’s charm. Helpful and attentive staff. Good breakfast.

We always hate having to leave!

Very nice, cosy and clean. The bathroom is nice and spacious. The receptionists were really sweet and helpful. The hotel is a few minutes away from the basilica and very central. Also the bus stop is a few steps away.

I was late to do my check-in and the staff was so helpful! Really good energy and so well located. I want to definitely go back.

It's vintage, so it's not a bad thing but you should be aware of it.

Great location to visit St. Francis Cathedral, and just a short walk to the central piazza.

Lots of stairs but that's not the hotels issue. Just a reality in Assisi

A lovely and quaint hotel in the beautiful town of Assisi - perfect for our stay.

The room was perfect for our stay, very clean and in an excellent location. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was great.

the shower did leak a little but this wasn’t a huge problem.

Great location in Assisi!

Great location in Assisi - very close to the cathedral! Good size room and good breakfast.

There were a lot of stairs, which was difficult for us because we were travelling with a baby and had a lot of stuff.

OK, not more than that

Location is good, near the Basilica and not far from the public parking. The room (junior suit) is specious.

The stuff is not very nice, always with a sour face. Lots of stairs from the entrance of the hotel to the room. Uncomfortable with all the luggage. Should be mentioned in Booking. We left behind a backpack with important things inside (medicines for example), we wanted it to be sent ASAP to our hotel in Florence, but the hotel stuff didn't seem to make a real effort. They didn't even contact us to say that we left the backpack behind.

The location.

Too many stairs, even though one of the rooms they gave me was clearly a triple room because it was big and the sofa was big with a mattress with sheets and everything they didn’t put it available as a triple room. When I arrived at the hotel I asked if they had a triple room they said no and to my surprise one of the rooms they gave me was triple. In my whole trip around Italy this was the only hotel that denied me a triple room, they made me pay for two rooms when I only needed one. Also, one of the A/C didn’t work properly and we were sweating all night. Don’t bring luggage with you, many many stairs; not only outside but inside also.
