Classic hostel. Friendly staff.

Excellent location near some historical places as well as near the London Bridge tube and rail station. The room is well secured. The bunk beds were easy to climb up on and the mattress was comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room is very small and you need to climb two flights of narrow stairs which is not ideal with a suitcase. The option to choose between bottom or top bunk when booking would be beneficial. The bathroom was the size of a broom closet. Some towels had blood stains.

location is terrific,!only a pity that for two days there wasn’t any towel available.

above the bar is a little bit noisy, but earplugs were available, so no problem.

Poor value for money

It was easy to find & a really good location. The bed was comfortable, and shower was warm. That's about it

Hole punched in wall next to bed disguised with a throw pillow. There was fresh wet paint on door surround to the room which got on my clothes and hair as I entered the room and there were no wet paint warnings. Its not a little live music noise from bar below (that would have been fine as they warn you) it was a lot of noise from all the people in the courtyard below drinking and smoking directly below the rooms windows. Staff weren't interested at all in the fact clothes ruined by paint when I spoke to them next day

Excellent location in a fun, historic setting.

Excellent location and value. Enough bathrooms and clean. Plugs and lights next to bed. Cute, historic type place with a good supermarket across the street a few doors away from the river. Would definitely stay again .

Beds were fairly good but made some noise and weren't super comfortable. Very noisy until maybe 1am. No lockers in room. Electronic entry from phone worked great but was a bit hard to set up. I would advise downloading the app in advance and asking them for the reservation number as email for registering doesn't seem to work.

Lots of fun and great music if you don’t mind being awake till late or wearing earplugs at night to sleep

Great location and value for money. Fun bar and amazing music at night. Very fun if you’re after a social part hostel

My friend developed hives after staying in one of the rooms, so perhaps not the cleanest. They don’t offer gluten free breakfast.

too noisy and freezing to sleep. The party sound from the bar continued after 1 am. Also, you can directly smell the smoking in the bed. And there’s no private curtain on the bunk bed.

great overall stay, friendly staff, good location.

very cozy nice rooms. very nice to have a separate entry at the side so you don’t have to carry your bags trough the pub. Great that you use your phone as the access key (Goki)

I really wished there was a code they gave you besides just the phone entry. if you forgot you phone for instance or lost it, it becomes way more difficult to get in. And bare in mind that the desk isn’t 24/7 open as stated but opens at 7:30 in the morning. if your flight departures earlier or you have to leave earlier be sure to let the staff know beforehand.

It's good for a low budget night just to get your head down

Good location

Very basic but it is an hostel so was expected. It was very noisy in the night but that was expected to as its a pub downstairs open until 2am. We did get to sleep though and the bedding was clean. The shower was very small with a used razor in there and hair on the walls, I personally wouldn't used the shower.

By there hostel's mistake they charge us twice. Took them three days to return the money and they booked one of the beds that was part of the reservation to someone else.
