About this apartment rental

Casavera is very well located in Friedrichshain. The well-known nightlife district around Simon-Dach-Straße, with its innumerable restaurants and bars, as well as the year-round flea market at Boxhagener Platz every Sunday, can be reached easily by foot.
The S41-S42-S8-S9 and the U5 station are not so far walking, it takes about 6 and 8 minutes respectively. Tram 21 Proskauer Straße station is by the front door.
The house is close to nightlife, but not so close to be disturbed by people. You can find however pubs and restaurants close to the apartment.

The apartment is equipped with a french bed (memory foam mattress) and one sofa bed (140x200), there is everything you need to cook, an iron, a cloth washing machine and a lcd TV. There is a free wi-fi connection. It has independent heating system, there is not air conditioning, however the house is not warm in summer.
The flat is at the second floor without elevator.
In Dolziger Strasse there is free parking and you can park cycle in the courtyard.

I had a fabulous stay! Friendly owners, easy check-in/check-out, well equipped kitchen, quiet building, very clean and comfortable apartment. Internet was very reliable, although a bit on the slow side. Location was perfect with several train stations, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. I loved being so close to Rewe and Lidl. I would definitely stay again and would absolutely recommend the apartment to other travelers in Berlin!

We had a great time! It’s a great apartment with plenty of space for two. There’s plenty to do nearby and it’s easy to get deeper into the city. The space was clean and our host was very communicative and understanding when our flight got cancelled last minute and we had to adjust our dates. I would highly recommend!

This property was near 3 different public transport stations: U, S & Tram. Right across the street from a full grocery store & drink market. Apartment was as pictured and described and the manager was greeted us in person when we arrived. Highly recommend!

The hosts were fantastic. They responded quickly to any questions and were extremely flexible regarding check in and check out. They are very kind and considerate. The apartment is very clean and spacious. The apartment is in great location with a supermarket & a park across the street. And a tram stop is close by. I will be making reservations again in the future!

Checkin with Vera was very easy - she communicated quickly and clearly and met me at the apartment to show me around. There is a grocery store nearby and the kitchen has all amenities. There is even a washing machine! Would stay here again.

The apartment was clean, well equipped, good working wifi, a washing machine and a television that had the BBC. Its position was central with good train links to all areas we wished to visit. At all times communication, prior to our visit, was responded to promptly. Vera welcomed us at the apartment, and allowed an earlier check in time as we had arrived in Berlin on an early flight. Her friendly manner and access to her if we had a problem, such as not knowing to turn on the water tap for the washing machine, were quickly answered and solved. We would happily return on any future visits to Berlin.

We spent a month at Casavera. Everything went really smooth. It is well located. The building is really quiet. The apartment had everything we needed. Communication was nice and precise. Everything we needed was arranged really fast. Fast internet. Warm in winter months. We definitely recommend the place. Thank you very much Giulio and Vera.

A really nice place where to spend a long stay. Tidy and with all we can need to live. Very warm welcome thanks to Mrs Vera, who gave us a lot of good tips. We spent a very relaxing stay with our 2 children. Several big shops nearby for whatever you may look for and the metro in 5 minutes walking. We really recommend it! Ottimo appartamento, ben tenuto e a 5 minuti dai mezzi pubblici. Diversi grossi negozi nelle vicinanze per ogni necessità. Abbiamo trascorso 9 giorni perfetti e rilassanti con i nostri 2 bambini piccoli. Lo raccomando caldamente a tutti.
