Het was koud op de kamer. Ik heb de verwarming gezet op 30 graden, hij blies koude lucht.

Limpeza, pequeno almoço é bom, simpático, boas áreas, estacionamento fácil e disponível.

O tamanho das camas e pequeno e a almofada poderia ser se melhor qualidade.

Nice convenient stay in Estremoz

Location and exterior pool. Staff was also nice.

Very disappointing

I am very disappointed with this hotel and wish to raise a complaint. The bathrooms were not acceptable. The tiles were cracked in the bath and sharp. The carpets were dirty. There was dangerous cables hanging from the ceiling and there was loud music played in the bar below our room until gone midnight.

See my comments above. I wish to make a formal complaint and expect a refund for the room

Nice hotel

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was very nice. Nice pool area and cosy bar with table pool. Comfy beds. Toiletries exceptional.

Rooms needs some make up. Fridge would be great.

Over priced for what you get!

The included breakfast had many options.

Upon arrival, we felt that we were disrupting the check in staff member from more important work. She seemed annoyed to stop what she was doing to check us in. This room was one of the most expensive we have paid while touring Portugal. The room was quite dated, stains on the carpet, no amenities like a kettle or fridge, little to no soundproofing ( voices in the hall were very loud, could hear neighbouring tv’s) and the shower rod completely fell down while showering.

If and when refurbishment it could be a very convient place to stay and visit the town.

nice parking and good breakfast

although reasonable clean, the bedroom and bathroom are in dire need of refurbishment. bathroom is particularly antiquated and shower would not stay in position. Had to physically hold it whilst showering.

Traffic noise. Stained carpets. Generally tired internally...ideally needs an upgrade.
