Hôtel fidèle à lui-même. J'y ai mes habitudes maintenant.

Je n'ai pas mis exceptionnel car ce jour-là l'ascenseur était en panne ! 3ème étage. Mais si j'y reviens c'est bien que j'y suis bien .

Hôtel en dehors du centre mais bien desservi

Hôtel propre et agréable, bien équipé. Proche de la ligne de tram donc pratique pour se rendre en centre ville sans véhicule. Présence d'un parking pas trop cher

En bord de route donc très bruyant si fenêtres ouvertes. Présence de double vitrage qui permet une parfaite insonorisation si fenêtre fermée.

Nuit très reposante et au calme !

Chambre parfaitement conforme à ce que nous souhaitions (literie très confortable) et surtout parfaitement insonorisée (chambre au 1er étage donnant sur une rue très passante et nous n'entendions pas le bruit des voitures). Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Personnel très souriant et sympathique.

A localização é ótima mesmo junto a uma estação de metro. A casa de banho é espaçosa. A cama era boa e confortável.

Pequeno almoço pode ser melhor e com mais oferta, principalmente em pão e croissants assim como em queijo ou fiambre.

Wenn man sich erholen muss, kann man sich im Hotelzimmer sehr gemütlich aufhalten.

Die Lage war prima, man kommt mit der Tram überall schnell hin, ob in die Stadt, zum Europaparlament oder nach Kehl. Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Alles war picobello sauber Gefallen hat mir auch die Gratis-Tee- und Kaffeebar, wo ich mir koffeinfreien Kaffee machen konnte und auch nettes kleines Gebäck bereitstand. Das Frühstück war top! Die Ausstattung des Zimmers und des ganzen Hotels gefällt mir sehr gut.

Das kostenlose W-Lan war etwas unstabil.

Une situation pratique

L'emplacement de l'hôtel à proximité du port fluvial est idéal. L'accueil, le confort, le petit déjeuner et le dîner ont contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable. De plus, l'accès en est très facile depuis la gare centrale, par le tram.

Cet hôtel travaille avec la proximité du port fluvial, entre autre, et la possibilité d'un en-cas, suite à une arrivée tardive, aurait ajouté un plus à ce séjour.

Stayed en route to Austria, it served a purpose. The only outstanding things were the food and the cleanliness

Excellent food, we ate in the restaurant in the evening, a real surprise and the waiter was delightful. Breakfast the following morning was also excellent with a good choice

The staff was very helpful. We were allowed to keep our car in the garage after having checked out so we could visit Strassbourg in the morning. Excellent shower, good breakfast.

Great private parking. Staff was good at filling up the breakfast. Good adjustable ac in the room

Staff could have been more helpful in the evening. No smiles, long time to wait in the bar and did not follow the waiting line, let others come in front. We endes up walking away. Rooms are a bit tired and worn down and smells bad. Small breakfast area.

Good hotel with very friendly staff, comfortable bed and good facilities. Some traffic noise.

This Ibis hotel has such friendly staff, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. It's conveniently placed with easy access to public transport, car park in the basement. Good breakfast (home baked cakes throughout the day), and a good selection of dishes for dinner. The rooms are clean.

The location next to a very busy road is a bit noisy. Once in the room with closed window it's quiet. But you will need to open the window as the network connection is not brilliant and the room generally is quite warm.
