Nigel the manager was a great host and the food was excellent with great company during the communal dining.
I especially liked the evenings when there was a very social atmosphere.
Although it's advertised as dog friendly we had to leave ours in the bedroom because dogs were not allowed in the social areas. I fully understand why this can be, but we hadn't come prepared and had not dog crate. Fortunately our dog was very well behaved after her long walks, but it could be highlighted in the information incase a crate is required.
