A Lovely Seaside Break
Easy access to beach & local caravan site. The property itself has everything you need for a short stay, perfect for those with pets. Can’t thank you enough for my stay!
The area is abit run down (was aware of this before I made the booking) however the road the property is on is probably the best in the area, right next to the Martello beach caravan site.

Lovely, clean and tidy bungalow
The bungalow was clean and tidy and had everything required for a short stay. It is also a short walk from the neighbouring caravan park where we were able to use the laundry facilities and local shop.
No washing machine so if you are staying for more than a week be aware that you would need to take your clothes to a launderette.

It wasn’t too bad the cleaning needs to be picked up abit and a new mattress cover is needed
The garden was nice and the kitchen was fairly new and fitted out and clean. Few saucepans did need to be washed out again before used.
The sofa was very uncomfortable can do with a new one. Wasn’t comfortable for two people to sit on. And looked very shabby my husband ended up sitting on the dining room chair all night. The bed was pushed up against the wall so for pensioners it wasn’t convenient for getting out of the bed my husband would need to climb over me to get out of the bed. The bathroom Matt had black fungus under it and I had to rewash the bath. Parking was available but it was very narrow

It was used as a base that’s all for me and my dog. It suited what I needed.
To be honest I didn’t spend much time there as my parents live in clacton. I just slept there.
The road is very small so you had to reverse out but it wasn’t a problem
