Das Frühstück war gut. Im Verhältnis zum Preis war der Aufenthalt für eine Nacht o.k. Flure sauber und ordentlich. Personal war sehr bemüht. Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe

Die Laage ist für 2 alleinreisende Frauen kaum tragbar in der Nacht. Bad sehr mini. Das Knie berührt die Tür. Eklige Flecken im Türrahmen vom Bad. Wände dreckig und abgeschrammt, Renovierung notwendig. Bei längerem Aufenthalt wäre ein Schrank angebracht.

Average budget hostel if you don't mind sharing a room with total strangers.

Overall price in relation to the accommodation. The common areas were clean and nicely decorated.

The room I booked was for 4 people and it was very small and cramped! The outlet plugs weren't enough for all 4 people at night to charge our phones and other electrical devices. Pillow was pieces of sponges and was very uncomfortable. The hostel's location isn't very close to a metro station. The nearest is 950 meters, which is a good 13-15 minute walk.

Suprisingly amazing stay

It is a hostel however, the rooms were quiet, linen and towels were provided, and free vouchers for tea or coffee were also supplied. The room was spacious with separate private toilet and shower room. It is not too far away from Alexander Platz and there's plenty of on street parking.

There is just one elevator for 8 floors and it is very slow. The hostel parking is more expensive than on street parking.

Sehr geehrtes Booking.com Team, ich möchte meine jüngste Erfahrung teilen, nachdem ich über Ihre Plattform im A&O Hostel gebucht habe. Leider war mein Aufenthalt äußerst enttäuschend und hat meine Erwartungen an die Unterkunft nicht erfüllt.

Es gab ein wasser leck und die konnten mir kein anderes zimmer bieten obwohl das so abgesprochen war ich erwarte eine Rückerstattung

If you are okay with people partying, try your luck because the place is cheap.

Room was of decent size, though the bathroom was a bit small. The room matched the photos online and the sheets were clean.

The location was not good, there was garbage near the hotel. My colleague was kept awake by people partying and banging the door, although my room was quite.

Auf den Bettlaken und Handtüchern waren leider noch Haare gelegen als wir reingekommen sind. Die Lage ist auch nicht ganz so gut.

I do like Berlin, especially Berlin Hauptbahnhof. Best A&O was in Frankfurt near the train station!

Thing is, the best location is a&o Berlin Hauptbahnhof but with the poorest interior solution. A&o Berlin Mitte is functional but the traffic is poor. A&o Berlin Kolumbus is the most romantic, good traffic and good functionality, but the inside of the building is in dire need of renovation

Cet hôtel est une vraie déception

L'emplacement n'était pas trop mal. À environ 5/10 minutes à pied d'une station de métro qui mène directement à Alexanderplatz.

J'avoue avoir du mal à comprendre comment cet hôtel est géré. Plusieurs fois des gens sont venus dans notre chambre car on leur a attribué un lit dans cette chambre alors que la chambre est complète, et ce pour encore plusieurs nuits. Je comprends pas, c'est enregistré nulle part qui est dans quelle chambre/quelles chambres sont libres etc? Après on m'a dit que ma chambre se trouvait au premier étage alors qu'elle était au 6ème, et j'ai failli devoir payer 2 fois car ils n'avaient pas l'info comme quoi j'avais déjà payé avant. Je n'ai également pas eu de serviettes mises à disposition pendant mon séjour. Heureusement j'avais prévu la mienne. Il y avait une odeur horrible dans la chambre. Une partie du mur de la salle de bain à côté des toilettes était cassée, l'évier était ridiculement petit pour une chambre de 8 personnes. Impossible d'avoir une chambre pour femmes d'ailleurs, je me sentais tellement à l'aise dans cet hôtel que j'ai préféré partir la veille au soir que le jour prévu de mon départ. J'étais déjà venue dans cet hôtel lors d'un voyage Erasmus donc je m'attendais à retrouver le même confort ça n'a malheureusement pas été le cas du tout

Kein erholsamer Aufenthalt

Das Hotel lag super.

8 Stufen bis zum Aufzug. Mit Kinderwagen gar nicht gut. Angeblich war das ein Familienzimmer. Es hat in dem Zimmer so durch die Tür gezogen, dass es richtig laut gepfiffen hat. Wir hatten schon was vor gelegt. Erholsamer Schlaf war nicht möglich, zudem war dadurch im vorderen Bett eiskalt. Der Abzug im WC war dauerhaft an, auch das hat beim Schlafen gestört. Es war sehr laut nachts, da ständig Leute gerannt sind oder sehr laut und den Gängen waren.

Lenzuolo coprimaterasso inesistente, solo un coprimaterasso leggero di spugna. Servizio di pulizia camera, da prenotare un giorno prima tramite qr code, che cambia gli asciugamani e svuota i cestini, ma: non pulisce o poco, non cambia le lenzuola e non rifà il letto neanche un minimo. C'è un solo ascensore che non è sufficiente nelle ore di punta, non tanto per scendere quanto per salire se ti trovi ad un piano alto.

Sehr kleines Zimmer, Bad Tür konnte man nicht verschließen, Bad extrem klein, Toilette genau zur Tür und somit das verschließen der Tür unmöglich! (Knie im Weg) Fenster konnten nur gekippt werden. Betten waren klein und man spürte die Federn.

Niezła lokalizacja. Cena dobra w stosunku do konkurencji. Pokoje małe ale okey. Śniadanie wystarczające.

Fast check in okazał się nie fast... Wpisywanie ręcznie na wielkim ekranie wszystkich podróżnych (włącznie z numerami paszportow) to wrzud... Potem finalnie nie mogłem zaprogramować kluczy więc i tak musiałem stać do recepcji. Wielkość łazienki, odrazu pomyślałem o Hongkongu... Aby się wytrzeć musiałem wyjść do pokoju (jestem dosyć wysoki). Nikt nam nie powiedział że na śniadanie trzeba mieć token (plastikowe kółko) i nie dostałem tego plasticzka... Więc odbiłem się od śniadania.

NEVER EVER AGAIN!

ALLES! okay es ist ein Hostel und man darf nicht den selben Service wie in einem Hotel erwartet aber es war unter aller Sau! Als ich via Booking.com noch eine weitere Nacht zusätzlich gebucht habe, generierte es eine neue Buchungsnummer, weshalb wir für eine Nacht das Zimmer wechseln mussten. D.h. wir mussten alles packen, auschecken und konnten erst am Nachmittag wieder einchecken... beim Auschecken am morgen kamen wir auf das Angebot mit dem Früh-Check-In zurück, welches uns wegen den Umständen gratis angeboten wurde. Es hiess, dass sei kein Problem unser neues Zimmer sei ab 11:00 Uhr ready. Da wir zum Tempelhof wollten gaben wir an der Rezeption gleich an, dass wir um 13:00 Uhr zurück sein und sie also bis dann Zeit hätten. Zurück im Hotel standen wir erstmals schlange, danach mussten wir den ganzen Papierkram erneut ausfüllen, welchen wir vor knapp 2 Tagen bereits ausgefüllt hatten, um danach zu erfahren, dass unsere Zimmer ab 15:00 Uhr bereit für uns sei... mir ist der Kragen geplatzt! Die Mitarbeiterin, welche mir das Zimmer ready versprochen hatte, war noch an der Rezeption. Es dauerte jedoch weitere 15 min bis man auf uns zu kam und uns ein anderes Zimmer gab. Also kurz zusammengefasst, der Horror schlecht hin! Unprofessionelles Personal, welches sich einen Scheissdreck interessiert wie sich ihre Kunden fühlen, hauptsache sie kriegen ihren Salär am Ende des Tages, die Räume sind aufs nötigste gepflegt aber ja nicht zu viel Schimmel und Kalkspuren in der Dusche lässt grüssen, das einzige was eeetwas positiv war, war die Lage aber ansonsten Empfehle ich dieses Hostel niemandem!

Noch nie so ein dreckig und kleines Zimmer erlebt.

Das Zimmer war um 16,45 Uhr noch nicht fertig die Reinigugskraft sagte dann sie würde es sofort machen und bräuchte dafür 10 Minuten. Also für zwei Betten neu zu beziehen ein Bad zu säubern das Zimmer zu saugen und wischen. Mülleimer zu leeren, Hart Flächen zu reinigen und das ganze von einer Person. Ne ist klar. Habe noch nie so ein dreckiges und schlechtes Zimmer für 100 Euro die Nacht gesehen eine abselute Frechheit.

Eben nur ein Hostel ab ein relativ gutes modernes

Die relativ gute Lage und Bus Anbindung hat uns gefallen

Sehr Spätes check in. Das BadWC ist so klein dass man sich nicht einmal richtig bücken kann. Zu groß darf man nicht sein sonst muss man schräg auf denn WC sitzen 😅. Man steht mit den knien bei der Wand an.

Great location for tresor and kitkat goers, also close to berghain.

The backyard is full of the most uncomfortable chairs ive ever sat on. If you have light sleeping def ask for room with windows not to the kopenicker strasse, which is noisy as hell. Main room is not really a place for work, expect children flying around during the day and drunk teens in the night.

Too hot rooms (4beds), no fresh air, no airco, no way to open the windows properly, just a small gap. Relatively expensive, for what you get. Bathroom too small to dry yourself. We werent offered linen. When asked didnt get pillow covers.
