Beautiful location; close to the village centre and still quiet. Great welcome pack and friendly owner. Well-placed for exploring the South of the Cotswolds

The lovely view from apartment, the very comfortable bed. The complimentary bottle of wine, and the fresh flowers.
The only fault was the cobwebs on the balcony railings. As I am scared of spiders.
If you are less able or just unfit stairs maybe a problem for you.

It was a beautiful, light and cosy property which had everything we needed. It was super clean and it’s location was perfect for us. Warm touches included a bottle of red and fresh flowers!

Beautiful apartment in a peaceful position, but easy stroll to restaurants/shops. Great internet connection. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable.
We parked in the street, away from the apartment. We had no problems, but we went early February and can imagine this may not be the case at busier times of the year.

beautiful quaint little property in the heart of Burford.

Beautifully decorated studio apartment, fantastic views and the sound of running water from the river. The windows were good for shutting the sound out at night, when you didn't want to hear the river.
The owners provided tea, coffee, sugar and milk which was a nice surprise. They also left us a little welcome gift, which I enjoyed. The washing facilities were fantastic and also has detergent available to use. And there where some dish washer tablets provided too. All these things I'm not used to getting in self-catering cottages, so where a welcome surprise.
The flat is right on the edge of the town so easy to walk into Burford highstreet and sample all the local pubs! There are also a number of round walks you can do which I founds on the cotswolds website, so great location for a long countryside walk.
The TV is smart, allowing you to login to your netflix and other accounts for evening entertainment. Just remember to log out.
Parking was in ample supply.
Some lady bugs had taken up residence in the bathroom, but with a countryside location you need to be open to the inevitability of bugs.

The apartment was very cosy with a lovely view over the water! It was well equipped with even a delicious bottle of wine and little Christmas tree which was a nice surprise and the bed was really comfortable. The location was great on a pretty street just a few minutes walk to the high street, plenty of nearby places to eat, we’d definitely recommend walking the extra distance to the carpenters arms just outside the main town as the food was exceptional! The whole area is also very pretty for exploring. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful modern apartment in the centre of Burford. Great for a relaxing getaway to the Cotswolds. Very friendly owners. Would recommend to any couple!
