Beautifull surrounding, comfortable apartment, nice welcome, not far walk to the center, to the park. Short distance from the airport by taxi. Recommended.
Very hot upstairs, although there are vans in the rooms. Travelling with kids, be aware windows are low.

The unit was well appointed and comfortable. Having laundry machines available was a bonus. Great location. The host was responsive and provides a collapsable bicycle if u park far away (10 min walk only).
Like many units in the Netherlands - the steep winding stairs.

Location, location, location! This place was so conveniently located and very peaceful. You can walk to all the highlights and the central station is less than a mile away.
The stairway was narrow and steep but that is just part of the unique characteristics of the apartment.

The host was very friendly. Breakfast was very good.
No complaints.

Very comfortable. Had everything we could have needed. Great location for us. Owner provided a folding bike for getting to the parking lot with our car—although we walked as it was decently close. Loved that there were washcloths! Nobody in Europe has those. :)
The stairs were very narrow and steep—wouldn’t be user-friendly for everyone. Walls and sofa could be cleaned a bit. Lots of scuff marks everywhere—sofa upholstery a bit dingy but maybe it’s just faded/discolored from sunlight. We had to dust the bedroom when we arrived and clean some previous person’s food crumbs off the couch. Not big deals, but I’m a clean freak.

A lovely quiet spacious apartment within 15mins easy walk to the centre of Haarlem. Good facilities and very clean with a comfortable bed. Various interesting teas and coffee provided. Sander was a lovely host who went out of his way to be helpful.
Nothing. Just to be aware of in Haarlem - the local supermarket it only takes cash unless you have a Dutch debit card and the ATM in Haarlem swallowed my card. So best to bring enough Euros.

Lovely apartment located in a quiet but central area of Haarlem.
It has a small but well equiped kitchen for cooking meals.
Thing we particularly appreciated:
- big windows and great view from the living room and the bedroom
- opportunity to use the washing machine
- very confortable bed

Location was great to the downtown area of Haarlem. Sander was a great host and very accommodating. Renting the bikes to travel around the area was also very helpful.

Perfect location. Short walks to everything. Quiet neighborhood. Great host. Apartment had great amenities! Comfy bed, great shower. Minibar was great after a long travel day!
Nothing! Except may if you aren’t agile, you may not like the narrow staircase to get to what apartment, but no problems for us 50 somethings.
