Hazel and Keith are fantastic hosts, serving delicious food in a spotlessly clean home. The location is beautifully quiet, their breakfasts delicious, the attention to detail is spot on. We can't wait to go back.

Excellent breakfast. All homemade

Hazel and Keith were lovely welcoming hosts. We were greeted with tea and biscuits on arrival. The king room with garden view was beautifully decoracted and the view was great overlooking the garden and beyond. The breakfast was amazing!! Lots of choice, local produce and the homemade yoghurt and compotes were delicious. Very peaceful especially enjoyed watching all the birds on the bird feeder including woodpeckers.
Unfortunately the weather wasn't brilliant during our stay not that it spoilt it. Right in the middle of the Dales, dark skies( not that we had chance to see as too cloudy) Its quite away by car to local shops pubs, restaurants etc so drove everywhere. This was an oversight on our part. A TV in the room would have been nice to chill of an evening but wasn't an issue. Thats if we had to be really picky. The place was very tranquil and relaxing.

The house was beautiful. You could tell how much love and passion Hezel and Keith had put into it and their hospitality was excellent. They are really lovely. The breakfast is delicious, and again made with lots of love and caring for the customer to have the best experience.
The location is excellent. Beautiful views, walks on the door step, lots of natural life around.
I highly recommend it and I will come back.
I liked absolutely everything.

We had a friendly welcome when we arrived. The property is very clean and exceptionally well decorated. Our room (Ash) had nice views up the hill, good WiFi and a lovely spacious bathroom with a good shower. A good selection of breakfasts was available. The cooked breakfast was delicious. We had use of a snug if we'd wanted to. Hazel and Keith looked after us really well, and were able to provide excellent walking suggestions. We wish we could have stayed for longer.
There honestly wasn't anything we didn't like.

A lovely welcome by a very friendly host. The Covid precautions were very reassuring, and we felt very safe. The room was lovely and the location gorgeous in beautiful, unspoilt Upper Wharfdale. Breakfast was very good with homemade bread and plenty of local produce. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again.

The location of the property is set in a stunning location surrounded by quiet beautiful countryside.
The attention to detail offered by the hosts is amazing, from little touches like small pots of flowers to brighten the rooms, fresh spring water from their own natural source, beautiful smelling bathroom hand wash and shower gel.
To top everything is the breakfast .... homemade bread, porridge with warm honey, a delightful array of fruits to complement the yoghurt or cereals, and the mushrooms... yummy !!
Nothing was too much trouble, the hosts are accommodating in any specific needs to make your stay special .... thank you so much Hazel and Keith ... we will be returning xx

Amazing breakfast. Amazing location. Amazing hosts. Had every little touch you would want. Comfy and luxurious retreat set in a beautiful and idlyic valley. The hosts gave local knowledge of the areas to ensure we got the most out of our stay. Keith and Hazel couldn't have done anything more to give us the perfect stay. I highly recommend.

Hazel and Keith are excellent hosts and have adapted to cope with Covid requirements exceptionally well. We were greeted with tea and home made biscuits and Keith provided us with a walking route and map which was ideal. The breakfast selection was extensive and the cooked elements were the best we experienced on this trip. The setting is lovely with views of the garden from the dining room.
The Elm room included a comfortable seating area and a high quality bathroom with walk in shower.
