Hotel ist enttäuschend. Die drei an sich sehr guten Restaurants waren wegen Umbau/neuem Konzept zu,

Genaugenommen hat mir mein Zimmer überhaupt nicht gefallen. Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Auch das Frühstück war die bezahlten 100 THB nicht wert. Insgesamt liegt dieses Haus verkehrsgünstig, weil es nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Tha Phae Gate sind, aber empfehlen kann ich es nicht.

Wenn das Klimagerät im Zimmer kühlt, dann läuft alle 10-15 Minuten der Rückkühler und verursacht Erschütterungen und Lärm. Sobald man mehr warmes Wasser laufen lässt, schaltet sich eine Druckerhöhungsanlage ein; dies kann auch alle 15-20 Minuten geschehen, wenn auch noch andere Gäste in Haus sind und warmes Wasser benötigen. Ferner waren alle drei Hotelrestaurants und die Gartenbar mit der Begründung "Geschlossen wegen Umbau. Neues Konzept. Wiedereröffnung ab Mai 2022 geschlossen. Dabei wurden die Restaurants bei meinem Aufenthalt im JAN/FEB 2020 erst renoviert und neu eröffnet. Die Eröffnungsaktion mit den beiden Drachen habe ich selbst miterlebt. Nachdem ich auch zwei Übernachtungen direkt beim Hotel gebucht hatte, bekam ich als Dank dafür einen Gutschein über 100 THB. Dieser ist in einem der Restaurants ab 300 THB Umsatz pro Abend einsetzbar. Als ich sagte, dass ich ja die Restaurants gar nicht nutzen kann, kam ein betretenes Lächeln. Ich wollte mit dem Gutschein dann ein Frühstück bezahlen (kostete auch 100 THB, war auch nicht mehr wert), konnte ich den Gutschein auch nicht verwenden. Bereits beim Check-in haben die zwei Damen an der Rezeption bewiesen, dass sie nicht einmal ein Kreditkartenterminal bedienen können. Bezahlen musste ich abends als ein junger Mann da war, der mit dem gerät umgehen konnte.

Idéal pour 2-3 jour au cœur de Chiang Mai.

J’ai tout aimé, j’aurais don pu mettre 10…

Petit déjeuner compris dans le prix de la chambre est très basic. L’absence d’ascenseur, mais un peu d’exercice ça fait du bien.

Peaceful place in a busy town

Good size room, comfortable bed, that good for couple day stays. Location is a plus. Situates in an old town Chiang Mai. there are restaurants, coffee shops, massage shops, convenient stores, etc. in the vicinity of the hotel. When stepping into the hotel from the hustle buzzle of the street in CM, it just like we enter another world with lots of trees, shrubs, and flower. It's so peaceful.

Breakfast could have been better. Guests can only choose between two sets of breakfast: Western, or Asian. Portion is very small.

Brilliant little hotel in a great location ! Would definitely stay here again when we return to Chiang Mai !

The room was really modern and very very clean ! The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful ! The food was also excellent !

Very good

Love the environment of the hotel, the staff are really nice, polite, and very helpful. Room is nice and comfortable, really aesthetic.

We love our room, the only down side was both shower heads were dirty. The water came out from different direction and the yellowness of the shower heads.

a really modern hotel with clean and Nice amenities. the staff was really helpful and the check-in/check-out process was very smooth. the location of the hotel is great as it Is situated near the city centre and has good massage places, restaurants and other convenient shops in walking distance.

Would definitely stay again.

The lovely garden and pond in front of the hotel, the view from our window onto the garden and the temple beyond, as well as the location, the very friendly staff and the comfy bed.

The shower gel, shampoo, conditioner could have been a tad nicer (smell/quality) and their refill bottles renewed more frequently so as to keep them clean and more presentable.

Pleasant stay in a very central hotel in Chiang Mai

Very curated garden, with a nice bar and breakfast zone. Clean and big room, quiet (only the sound of nature from frogs). Very good breakfast and wifi.

No elevator (might be a downside for older guests). Every day, we had to go back downstairs to the reception because the keycard would not work. We expected the restaurant to be buzzing, but the vibe was very quiet despite being high season. The staff barely speak english.

Chill hotel with nice atmosphere

The hotel is next to the temple and you can hear they ring a traditional temple’ bell at 6 pm, this makes a good vibe of staying in the old town of Chiang Mai. Nice hotel atmosphere with a chill bar in garden, also closes to many bars and coffee shop. Try Zoe in Yellow and Mavoix#8.

Breakfast is not a buffet. It’s super delicious thought! However, I recommend to continue your breakfast somewhere else, there’re many good brunch in Chiang Mai!

The location is excellent. Close to resturants, markets, laundry service etc. Quite street. Beautiful garden. Lots of free on site parking. Spacious room. Beautiful view of temple.

Provide a lift or alternative way to transport luggage up the stairs. The hotel has three levels but no lift. We paid 300 baht extra per day for an additional bed but it turned out to be a sofa. My son who is 9 years old can just fit but it is a little bit different form my expectation.

A great location for long stay in Chiang Mai.

The place is at a very good location for walking ang seeing Chiang Mai Old City. Staff are very friendly and helpful. great value for money.

A little touch up and maintenance would help.
