Summary:
Gorgeous two-bed apartment sleeping four with a balcony and sea and harbour views. Fantastically located with restaurants, bars, cafes and shops within the Marina resort and easy beach walk or bus ride to the city centre.
Brighton Marina feels like holiday destination with its array of restaurants, bars, shops, cinema, bowling, and casino.
The number 7 bus runs regularly from the Marina into Brighton city centre. You can also take the beautiful under cliff walk into the village of Rottingdean.
The Space:
Open plan Living / Dining / Kitchen area consisting of:
Living area
A contemporary, stylish social area, perfect for soaking up the harbour and sea vista. The cream leather corner sofa is great to lounge on and watch the TV or take in the views.
Dining area
Glass oval table with four chairs provides plenty of space to go from kitchen to table.
Kitchen area
A modern and integrated kitchen will ensure you are fully self catered. Within the contrasting units you will find an under counter fridge, freezer, dishwasher and electric hob with oven and grill, as well as a microwave and Nespresso machine. The washing machine is in the utility cupboard in the hallway.
Bedroom 1
Stylishly simple with king size bed and grey side tables with lamps. There is a built in mirrored wardrobe to put away your belongings and an en-suite.
Bedroom 2
Another contemporary bedroom with double bed, white bedside tables and lamps. A gloss, white wardrobe takes care of unpacking.
Bathroom 1
Hotel style finish with bath and shower overhead, WC, sink and heated towel rail.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is an en-suite to bedroom 1 and houses a shower cubicle, sink, WC and heated towel rail.
Balcony
The balcony brings the outside in and provides a great space to breathe in the fresh sea air and appreciate the wonderful harbour views and chalk cliffs in the distance. There is a table and two chairs for you to go alfresco.

It is a lovely setting for a short break , overlooking the harbour and the sea with many restaurants within easy reach . We also went to Seaford Beach about 20 mins away which was much quieter than Brighton sea front with free parking!
Be warned the flat and the corridor especially are very warm!!! Thankfully windows allow a good breeze (but was no fun when the lift broke down !! ) A lovely place to stay.

Orion Marina Sea View was a very comfortable apartment and great views. The parking spot was very useful for us. The communication with the property manager was excellent and indeed when we left a computer charger in the apartment, they immediately posted it to us for next day delivery. We highly recommend...and would book there again.

We had a very comfortable stay in the apartment. The views were spectacular. Being near to so many restaurants and a supermarket was a bonus..Very enjoyable and would recommend.

Used the apartment as a base for attending the Labour Party conference.
This was highly successful as there are good bus links to the city centre and plentiful taxis as I did not want to drive in.
Also in the evening there were many good food outlets plus Asda Superstore for items to prepare in the apartment.
The apartment was warm comfortable and well furnished.
We had a couple of maintenance issues which were remediated promptly .
The only downside was the dishwasher did not clean very well so maybe needs rinse aid as opposed to all in one tablets which are not as good as the manufacturers think.
Overall a good choice and as it was my first time with Vrbo I was impressed with how I was looked after.

This is an excellent apartment in the Brighton Marina which is about a mile out of the main town. Plenty of restaurants nearby, good transport links including a regular bus service into town

Better than I thought!
I really liked the apartment and the view it has over the harbour. We had very varied weather which was very nice to watch from the top floor apartment. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've even been in and I was stunned to find that it had a remote that lifted up your head or feet. Think a TV in the main bedroom would be a big plus here! The area is lovely and you're near plenty things to keep you busy. I will go here again probably soon!

We booked this apartment for my 50th birthday for my partner, 7 yr old son and me. The apartment was lovely and big and in a fantastic location on Brighton Marina. It's a bit of a trek into town but the number 7 or the Volks railway were really handy although we walked (a couple of miles) most of the time.
The beach is a pebble throw from the apartment and it was really nice, clean and quiet.
All in all the stay was really good. Lovely apartment, great location and hassle free from start to finish.

Wonderful Birthday Break
We booked this apartment for my 50th birthday for my partner, 7 yr old son and me. The apartment was lovely and big and in a fantastic location on Brighton Marina.
