Everything was provided for you that you would need. There is a decent washer, microwave, toaster, integrated cooker, fridge and all the kitchen utensils that one would need. They are good quality and clean. the bathroom is modern, fresh with an electric shower and heated towel rack, which is great for warm towels on the colder mornings! The living room has two couches that are medium and large, and I believe one is a pull-out if you do travel as a couple or more, and there is a smart TV with everything a smart TV provides such as Netflix, YouTube and so forth. It’s decorated modern and neutrally, but a warm and inviting feeling. All windows have adjustable privacy blinds so you can choose how much light you let in as it was a lovely ground floor apartment with a garden view at the back and a very quiet Street view at the front. although there were wall heaters, a portable heater was also provided which I thought was a great touch. Iron, mini ironing, board, hairdryer and clothes drying rack was all provided as well as extra pillows and duvets, which is helpful if you’re travelling +1. Everything from the towels to the bedlinen was crisp and clean. plenty sockets to plug in your chargers or grooming devices. Instructions from the owner are precise and exact and you also get pictures to guide you in regards to a check-in process which I thought was very informative as I’m a very visual person. He answered via WhatsApp extremely fast if I needed anything which I also really liked in case I ever had a problem, but I never did. check in was simple, straightforward and fast. You can park on the street directly outside the property and parking permits are also available if you’re staying longer than two hours. I’ve never seen this before and I thought that this was great forwardthinking from the owner. otherwise there’s plenty of free or paid parking on surrounding roads as it’s mainly residential other than Bearwood High Street.
Nothing! Excellent

The accessibility of the property

The property owner was very good and accommodating, helped made our stay very comfortable it also had everything we needed as we have a child.
The property was great, location wise the clean air zone really put me off but I would book again if I was to visit Birmingham

The price was very correct. The kitchen is new and fully equipped.
There are plenty of facilities at walking distance.
We were quite disappointed, because the flat looked far more cosy on the pictures. There was a lot of dust.
The flat is badly insulated, so we had to put all the heatings none stop on max. The bathroom was freezing because of the ventilation.
Noise was also a problem. The walls are really thin, we could literally hear the guy upstairs singing, plugging something into the sockets and every step he made.
The bedroom's window is on the side of the street just next to the entry door so we could also hear everybody passing by.
And the entry light would also go on as soon as someone passed by and is super sensitive to movements, so we were bothered by this light going on and off the whole night.
We only spent 2 nights on the 4 we initially booked, then found another place. We lost some money, but we weren't comfortable at all.

The property is located not far from the city center. It’s also close to a bus stop so it’s easy to get to and from the city center.
Unfortunately, the temperature outside was low so it was quite cold. We had to heat the apartment well to feel comforabke there. However it was impossible to heat the bathroom, whiere it was cold all the time. One more drawback was the fact that we had a mouse flatmate somewhere in the kitchen. The owner responded to our complaint and tried to sort it out though.

location is good. Very close to market and restaurants.
There was lot of noise till midnight almost every night I stayed because of people living upstairs. Don't except to sleep early as there will lot of noise due to people coming in and going out on stairs and loud shouting and walking noise on the upper floors.

It is well located
Several public transport near the apartment
The apartment was booked for 3 people At arrival it was very dirty and there were only adequate conditions to sleep 2 persons instead of 3.
It was claimed a compensation due to the bad conditions of the apartment.
The Property agreed to compensate if we do not make a review of the apartment. It is inadmissible that the Property tried to limit the rights of exppression of the users.
It was the worst experience we have ever had.

The location couldn't have been better. I came by train from Colchester and needed some food supplies. A good variety of shops were within two minutes walking distance from the property. I also appreciated there being a private patio area. The host was very thoughtful and quickly answered any questions I had.
As I read a lot, it would've been useful to have had a bedside lamp, but I should add that my vision isn't great! All in all, there was nothing that I didn't like about the flat.

nothing to dislike!

The location
The bed was supposed to be a double bed not two singles put together, very uncomfortable. There was no curtains throughout the property, with the bedroom window backing onto a junction, definitely need curtains there and the front room. Shower or plumbing needs sorting aswell, I flushed the toilet and the shower hot water went off till the morning!? Apart from that the host was as attentive as he could've been

Well equipped kitchen. Easy check in process, although self check in would have been more ideal. Some parts of the floor was unclean. Host was very responsive and answered all questions promptly.

The host was very nice and helpful.
