I would not go again

The only good thing was the location.

This apartment was not in good condition. The oven, microwave, and TV did not work, and the floors and walls were damaged. The bed in the room was uncomfortable, and the sofa bed was broken. We were four people, and there were only three pillows. It was also hard to get a shower since it would only go extremely cold or too hot, we ended up finding a nice temperature but the water was running poorly...

Falta atención en los detalles que hacen una buena estadía.

La ubicación muy buena llegan varios buses de muchos puntos de Londres

No estaba limpio, el colchón es viejo y estaba hundido. Faltaban todos los productos básicos de limpieza y tuvimos que pedirlos. Aún así respondieron y nos trajeron todo. Pero el lugar no esta en total condiciones como se ve en las fotos. Las personas que nos solucionaron inconvenientes de 10. Tanto la chica de limpieza como el chico argentino de mantenimiento muy bien. Pero los dueños no le dan mucha atención al piso.

I wouldn’t consider it for a nice holiday accommodation but if you just want a place to stay that is very close to every

Location is good, I was able to make a last minute booking and get into the property half an hour later. I could also communicate with the hosts no problem

It’s old, a bit dirty and smelly. No cockroaches though so that’s a bonus. Also, be aware that there was no toilet paper for me.

Nightmarish, horrifying and DISGUSTING

Nothing, we had to leave and did not spend the night in the property

The property was HORRIBLE. The apartment was disgusting. The bed sheets were very stained and dirty, the walls had dirty all over, the house smelled of trash and there was mold and trash in the kitchen, unusable. We rented for 3 people and there was only ONE bed. We obviously could not spend the time we rented the apartment for and when contacting the property, no one would answer my calls or messages, when we requested a refund they refused and had a horrible service to our experience. Please do not stay here, do not recommend and there are way nicer and cheaper properties around this area.

Sucio, descuidado, ruidoso.. pésimo

Lamentablemente nada

El apartamento estaba sucio, no tenia menaje suficiente y tuvimos que contactar con el dueño para que nos dejase toallas que no había y sábanas para el sofá que tampoco dejó. Además de el sofa manchado en el cual tienes que dormir y el “edredón” roto y sucio… sin comentarios. Estuvimos buscando nuevo apartamento para cambiarnos pero nos fue imposible por la disponibilidad.. Por otro lado el tema de ruidos, había arriba otro apartamento alquilado y parecía que conversaban con nosotros, se escuchaba todo..

Was good that it had a washing machine

Where do I start. I'm in process of trying to get a refund...holes in floor. Floor rotting.. laminate flooring broken away and large nails sticking out from floor. Holes in Walls, no cover over light fitting broken plug socket...mould ,,,the list is endless. The smell of cannabis was so strong too. And the mattress and pillows were disgusting..had to stay the full 5 nights while trying to get a refund so that I could book somewhere else for myself and my disabled son. The pics on booking.com must be years old

Grim, I wasn’t expecting luxury but the photos are complete false advertising

The only decent thing about this place was that I knew the location I had booked was handy for what we needed - the pictures are completely misleading, completely different, the bed isn’t even a proper bed like the picture - the front door outside and door to the flat felt like they could have been kicked in so we felt unsafe, wehad to antibac every surface because it felt so gross, hairs in the floor from previous people staying

No soap, No shower gel, 2 toilet rolls for 3 people , All curtains closed when we came? Windows dirty, no lamps just big lights, Interior is beyond shabby - floor bored into kitchen broke & one wall lamp without shade, Keys barely work, two big towels and one small towel for 3 people, one mug and a hobbit sized coffee cup, handle missing on shower, permanently open bathroom window, one pillow for each person in double bed

Smooth seamlessly arranged accommodation

Great access to Shoreditch and Hoxton. A great neighbourhood. The arrangements were seamless, and the contact from the host was excellent. Excellent value for money.

Only the location is good

The location Is about the only thing that is good, maybe the price is ok, but still expensive for what you get

The apartment is run down, the bed is not comfortable woke up with backpain every morning, every cupboard is falling apart, no hand soap, was surprised that there was toilet paper

The location

It smelled very bad, the entrance is very dirty and the lights did not work in bathroom. No hair dryer available, asked host for one but they did not respond.

spacious apartment in a nice area but with many things to improve

very spacious apartment nice location with many restaurants nearby big sofa clean bed

constant smell of mold (please remove the broken ventilator, and just let to open the little window) noise from the bar nearby doors around the flat difficult to keepn open low quality and overused pots unstable shower temperature no hand towel in the kitchen or any soap entrance door do not close properly, we were afraid about our belongings in the apartment

Location to wedding at the museum of the home. Double bed and sofa bed . Kitchen very good. It's a great size but let down by shabby and unkempt feel .

Dirty entrence stair case . lots mail on entering. Very dirty old stained quilts and pillows. They had clean bedding but still unhygienic. Smell in bathroom very bad mould smell . Flooring uneven old and warn . No mirror near plug point or table in bedroom to get ready for wedding 🤔 my family were not impressed with my booking.

Some ups and some downs. Would I stay again? Probably, but decision swung by the location.

Difficult to give a short balanced view. Communication with the owner was excellent. The bed was really comfortable, the facilities were good (pleased to find washing up liquid provided). The location was absolutely perfect for where I needed to be. It was nice to have some space rather than a pokey hotel room that I usually choose to stay in.

From the outside, it looked almost derelict, and the stairs to the top floor were pretty gross. What was most annoying was that 2 of the 3 lights in the living room weren't working, so I had to carry the table into the bedroom to be able to see to work. Subdued lighting watching TV is one thing, but I did need to crack on with work in the evening.

It was clean

The location was quite scruffy and the building was a bit down trodden. It seemed a bit dilapidated. The TV didn't have any signal. There was a damp smell in the apartment.

Fantastic price&location, very basic

Location was perfect, price for bedroom/separate living room was fantastic compared to london hotels, self checkin was very easy.

very very basic, lots of little things broken or stained, very small corridors, loud sitting room (quiet bedroom) one pillow etc. I didnt like having to separately send the deposit amount to their account but they did return it in full after.

Cozy apartment for your stay

everything was as described. The rooms were inviting and perfectly adequate. I really enjoyed my time here. Everything I needed was there and clean. In addition, the apartment is very easy to reach and there is a bus stop nearby.

Unfortunately, I couldn't lock the window in the bedroom properly and there was also a broken spot under the stove in the kitchen.

The location

The room was knowingly booked for 4 guests and bedding was provided for only 2. Only 2 Towels were provided. Painters began work in the corridor on the mornings of 4th and 5th September at 08:00 with no warning.

Stairway up to property disgusting Kitchen full of grime Cooker hood dirty Grease on cooker rings so when started cooking they were smoking Plinth in kitchen fell off Brush handle broke Lounge light broken and wires exposed Laminate flooring had gaps in between Trays in oven were full of grease 4 people and only two chairs for table

Not great but good location.

Location was really good and the price was competitive. This apartment would be good for young people wanting to enjoy the nightlife of Shoreditch and not too bothered with home comforts.

The property is poorly maintained; the TV wasn't usable we needed to ask for the repair which was basically the installation of an aerial. The flooring and walls are damaged. During our stay the washing machine stopped working and shower broke. The apartment hadn't been cleaned properly so had to do ourselves. Bulbs and kitchen utensils are missing. The Communal areas/stairs were dirty and badly lit. Pillows for sleeping were the thinnest/cheapest I've ever seen. Upon checkout we cleaned and stripped all the beds. The owner tried to deduct £30 for missing bed linen and we had to explain it was in the pile of washing we had left out.
