Very comfortable apartment right outside Brick Lane. Apartment got a bit warm for our stay in Summer but was easily kept cool with the provided fan and windows. Arrived on the day of the Brick Lane markets which was a bonus. There were some issues with the internet during our stay that the owner sorted out very quickly.
Whilst pretty close to a tube station, it was a bit far from most of the attractions in London.
4.5
great space, plenty of room in a very vibrant part of the city which was good to explore. good train and bus services and easy to walk to places.
the stairs are pretty steep but otherwise no issues

Very clean, spacious, modern.

Central Shoreditch, milk and coffee and welcome chocolates were a nice touch, free ear plugs in the bedroom too....
Nice TV with Netflix and regular TV
Rooms were very basic (apart from the bathroom that was recently refurbished), there are a few Crashpads in the advert and this one was older so be certain which apartment you are booking.
No AC and it was a hot week in London so needed the windows open... I should have used the free ear plugs as the bedroom overlooks the distillery yard and they start deliveries at 5am.

great location and our own space
the towels weren’t clean and only had 1 each

Location was excellent & facilities in the flat were superb
Proximity to Brick Lane meant a bit of traffic & other noise, but this is the trade off for being in a great location
4.5
everything from the clear communication of what to do when we check in, to the comfortable bed & lovely shower. the location couldn’t have been more perfect either
nothing. we loved every second of our stay

The property had what we needed for a 2-night stay. Crashpads was communicative and responsive throughout.
We could tell the cleaning had been somewhat rushed - iron left on and toilet cleaning fluid still in the toilet. More structurally, the ceiling above the bathroom sink opened up into a chimney-like void with unidentifiable dark gray stuff on the side of the opening. If this opening could be covered up, it would help a lot! Separately and outside of the property's control, there was a lot of street noise even during our Monday/Tuesday weeknight stay. Crashpads provided earplugs, which were helpful, but I hadn't anticipated the extent of the street noise during the workweek.

Great location - right on Brick Lane.
The apartment is very cute and pretty.
It was clean and had everything we needed.
The shower could use descaling and a mobile shower head

As this was an apartment there was no breakfast included. However there was tea and coffee facilities and milk in the fridge.
the location was great only a few tube stops away from the west end. I would definitely book this apartment again.

the location

great location, everything was very clean and the place was clearly renovated little time ago. the bed was warm, and the entire place cozy overall.
not much bad to say. if anything I think the toilet sit was a bit lose, but i'm nit picking.

Fantastic location. Comfortable and had everything we needed
It was very noisy - the ear plugs by the bed made that obvious when we arrived but we knew to expect this. Pillows were lumpy but very kindly replaced.

The stuff was helpful and quick to respond. Apartment was modern, stylish and clean.

We loved pretty much everything - great advance communication and easy check-in, very clean and well equipped space - coffee, tea, and even milk provided. Large bathroom. The location was perfect for what we were looking for - right on Brick Lane so plenty of food and cool shops nearby, plus multiple tube options within a short walk so it was a breeze to get pretty much anywhere. Some of the best street art in London is a stones throw away.
As it is right on Brick Lane, there is some noise into the night on the weekend - we expected this so it was not an issue for us, and earplugs were provided.

Great location excellent apartment everything you need was very modern and comfortable the beds were so extra comfy. A very easy check in will definitely recommend
Noisy at night but wearing the earplugs helped with sleeping through it so didn't bother us

Great location, bustling area, close to a lot of restaurants and bars and a short walk to the Spitalfields market. Apartment is very well laid out, spacious, funky and great for a short stay as a solo traveler.
No clothes rack or drying options for the washing machine, not the biggest deal but did have clothes drying all over the apartment for a day. Stairs at the entry way, if you have reduced mobility or can't lug a suitcase up a flight of stairs it is something to avoid. No lift. Also quite noisy from the street on a weekend night with plenty of people out for dinner and drinks till late.

The place is just beautiful and so thoughtfully decorated. It has all amenities required for a good stay and is very clean. The location is a big plus! There are a lot of food and shopping options around like literally across the road and it is convenient to travel by cab, tube and bus as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the hists were very prompt with communication! Will definitely book again!

The apartment is situated in a really nice neighborhood and the location is just perfect. We loved the view from the living room (we were on the third floor) and the apartment was even better and bigger than expected. It is really clean and everything you need is there. I would definitely recommend this place!
Nothing.

the location was great and the apartment was very well equipped with everything and attention to details. It was very clean and very modern. Great place
probably a little noisy with the noise from the downstairs street but this is the compromise you have to make for a great place and location.
4.5
We liked the location right on Brick Lane and proximity to restaurants and markets. The location is about a 10-minute walk to the tube station and close to attractions at Tower Hill. The kitchen was well-equipped and the washer worked well. We were thankful for the large drying rack. The bed was comfortable and the living area was spacious with a great window overlooking the city.
There were a few maintenance issues that were already being sorted out prior to check in - one with a loose toilet seat was never resolved and kind of challenging to deal with for a week, but maintenance was aware and looked at it upon arrival. We had to reach out to the host for towels as the cleaner had forgotten to put them out, but that was taken care of quickly and she was very responsive.
We had to rate our experience in the flat lower due to the stairs and the noise. We were on the third floor and having to haul 50 lb. suitcases up 46 stairs was particularly challenging. The initial stairs after you enter the building are very narrow without a hand rail. We were able to adapt, but many people may not be able to go in and out that easily.
While we expected there to be noise being above a restaurant, it should be noted that there is a club within steps of the flat (open until 1:30am) and a former brewery that now houses bars and a music venue that is open 24/7. Friday thru Sunday nights we were unable to sleep and ear plugs were not helpful as the partying went well until 4:30am. Even on a Sunday night, a festival that included a brass band and drumming continued until about midnight. It quieted down during the work week and that was a blessing. We did not ear plugs provided in the flat as others mentioned so we were thankful to have brought some.

Good apartment and location if you want to stay in a lively neighbourhood. It was very noisy in the weekend but we were aware of that and we were okay with it. Transportation to the apartment was great (10 minutes walk to metro stations). Overall great value for money and we had a good stay.

great little property in good location. clean and well equiped.
