The keys were easy to collect. The apartment was spacious and so comfortable.Im definitely coming back to stay when I vacation to the UK
The location was on point.Very central of everything .

The set up was great and location ideal for what we were doing. Lots of stores close by and lots of sites to see. Train and bus near by.
Renters should know that the front step and stairs can be a challenge for older or mobility challenged people. In UK the 2nd floor is actually the 3rd floor. The love seats in the living area are low and soft, which also can be a challenge for some.

No fan in ensuite toilet. Couldn't get telly working except for Netflix even with advice from agent

Location and size of the apartment. Especially pleased that when I mentioned the kettle was coated in limescale, a new kettle and toaster sent the next day.
Everything was good but a few things could have been better - a new chopping board as the one was mangy looking, sharp knife, tide pods, additional toilet paper, pillows were too soft and there were things stored in the cupboards which were odd. But a cute and pleasant stay otherwise.

The location is fantastic. The apartment is lovely and has everything you need for a comfy stay. Such a comfy bed and a bright, warm apartment , (didn’t use the heating at all). We had such a lovely time that we didn’t want to leave!
A fair few dark long hairs in living room and bathroom. En suite toilet not flushing well and shower and cubicle need attention .. loose tiles, regrouting etc. Sofas are very sunken … need boards under the cushions.. difficult to get out of at our ages!!! 🤣Didn’t spoil our holiday though.

Great location for getting into the city centre, the apartment was warm and beds very comfortable.
Unfortunately we did have a few issues with the cleanliness of the apartment but this did not spoil our stay. These were reported to the Bloom team who were extremely helpful and professional

It was very near Canterbury East Station and all shops
When using the Basin in the bathroom no hot water.
Near a park and very noisy in the evenings.

Beautiful flat, luminous and well decorated. Good kitchen facilities. Great location to visit the town on foot. Comfortable beds.
Close to nature reserves and beaches. Nice walks along the river.
A bit noisy as it's single glazed.
7.0
Very convenient location for central Canterbury. Some reviews mention the park next door, but we saw no issues.
Cooking and dining equipment was getting a bit old. Most of the plates were slightly chipped, pans a bit scratched etc. Could do with an overhaul. Dishwasher filter needed cleaning and machine put into a cleaning cycle when we arrived which we'd have hoped a cleaner would have done. Apart from that everything else was fine
9.0
Street parking so close to city centre. Good accommodation that is easy walking distance to local attractions.
