This is an almost new 2 story Condo with master bedroom and bathroom on the main level. The spacious kitchen has everything you might need, a beautiful dinner set for 12, a Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster oven, Ninja blender and WMF cookware. The dining room and living room have breathtaking views. There are two full size leather couches and a gas fire place creating a wonderful warm atmosphere. The deck has a gas grill and adirondack chairs.
On the lower lever are two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as another living room with a large TV and a super comfortable pull out couch . A spacious deck on each level with wonderful mountain views and clear view of Mary's Lake creates a peaceful place to escape. Wild life, deer and elk are regular visitors to your back yard and provide hours of wonderful entertainment. There is one parking spot in the attached garage and two spaces outside. This property was being managed by a management company for the past 2 seasons so no reviews are listed, you can check out our reviews on our other property listed above.
We welcome families with children. If you have a baby there is a packnplay. You do have to provide your own bedding for that. There is also a highchair and a booster seat.
The twin bedroom downstairs has a couple of tubs of toys under the bed and upstairs in the living room there are children books and games.

The place was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen appliances were well thought of. Dishes and silverware were more than enough for a family of 6. We enjoyed the grill that was provided. The view from the living, room, dining room and the porch were spectacular. I don’t mind waking up and drinking my tea with that view in front of me. We truly enjoyed our stay and we will rebook the next time we go back to Estes.

We used this lovely home for our base while exploring RMNP. Beautiful home, lots of space, great views, an Elk (calf) came by every morning to eat the leaves from the trees in the front of the house, and the owner was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at this property during recent vacation to Estes Park. Was very happy with the condo. Plenty of space for the kids and seating in the living room to relax in the evening. Location has very nice views and is a short drive to RMNP. Would stay here again in the future.

My family and I booked this wonderful rental in order to attend a wedding and we loved every minute! The condo was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. It is located so close to all places we wanted to visit. Last but not least, Monika was a gracious and communicative host. We would love to stay here again!

Great location--just minutes away from Estes Park. Actually, we stayed here with extended family to be relatively close to Boulder for CU graduation. Easy check in, check out; beautiful, comfortable, and clean home; has everything you need. Great views, too--we especially enjoyed watching the elk meander right outside the back deck. We would definitely come here again.

The home is so well equipped, clean, and nestled perfectly for beautiful morning views. My family and I enjoyed our stay tremendously. Only a few small maintenance issues that would have made it 5 out of 5. I would recommend this VRBO and book again.

We loved being in the Mary’s Lake area. Beautiful views in a calm and restful community… Our rental was perfect. Thank you, Monika, for providing such a lovely, well equipped home for our girl’s getaway. The three bedrooms provided separate space for each of us, and the common areas were spacious and comfortable. It was so nice to be able to put the car into the garage. The locale was accessible to everything we wanted to do. The next time we want/need a nice respite we will definitely look to book with you again.

The home was as described, clean and comfortable. Great view. In a quiet neighborhood just a short drive from RMNP and all that the city of Estes Park has to offer. The home was well stocked with kitchen essentials....3 different types of coffee makers to suit your needs. Loved having a garage to park the car out of the weather.

This property far exceeded our expectations! It is such a beautiful property located just outside of town. It was so quiet with the best views! The entire main living space was open and gave our little guy lots of room to play. The toy bins and books saved us from having to go buy new toys that we wouldn’t have wanted to take home on our flight. Monika and Shea were incredible and so responsive when the pack and play was not working as it should. Shea came to our rescue and our little guy was able to go to bed on time because of her. He had a hard day of flying and not napping so bed was important! We will be booking this location again!

We had an amazing time staying in the condo. It was a great set up for two families with younger kids. It had everything we needed and was easy to get around Estes. We also saw some elk and deer which was a really treat for the kids.

This condo was well appointed with everything you would need. Great balcony with views to mountains and more. Was a little bit of a hassle taking your shoes off every time you entered the unit (which we did) but I guess if it were my condo, I too, would want to preserve the beautiful wood floors. Overall, great place to stay, and would book it again on a return to Estes Park.

This property was perfect for our family! Convenient location close to town for those who want to shop, and remote enough for those wanting to find a trail to hike or mountain to climb. Check-in was a breeze and communication with the host was excellent!!! Great location near Mary’s Lake with spectacular views and several opportunities to watch the wildlife.

Perfect location to easily get to RMNP or the main street of shopping/restaurants, only 8-10 minutes away for either one. Very clean and accommodating (everything you could want to feel at home here). Cozy and comfortable. The deck is a great spot to relax and read a book while enjoying the mountain views. Second time staying and now our go-to vacation spot in Colorado. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home!

We returned to this property for a second stay, and the value, amenities, and location remain a best deal in Estes Park. It may be that we are from Houston, but we really appreciate the cool A/C that works very well up and down. A lot of EP places have potential A/C issues, but not this one. Given the EP construction, this location is especially good for accessing RMNP, far east EP, and middle of town without ever dealing with congestion or road closures. We brought some decent wine stems from Texas wineries and left them in the downstairs bar. Enjoy! We do request that the property provide a knife honing steel/sharpening rod, and a small and medium non-stick skillets. These would really help out on routine kitchen matters, breakfast and lunch, which we prepare. To end this, we had a huge herd of elk right up to the property and quietly stepped out and sat on the downstairs patio and observed. Really neat.

Our family had such a wonderful vacation and felt very much at home! We love the views off the back decks and seeing all the wildlife nearby. The location is perfect being so close to one of the RMNP entrances and it is not far from downtown. This was our second time to stay here and we are looking forward to our next visit!
