This is a roomy property that is clean and comfortable. Had a couple issues when we arrived but made contact with manager(Karine) and problems were resolved rapidly.

House is simple, but comfy. Needed to use the house fan to cool it off but that was easy enough. Great location if you have a car to get into town. Road it is on is a bit busy but overall very comfy. Thanks

Nice property close to town and RMNP. No issues and would stay there again.

Spacious, beautiful views out the back windows, close to town. Nicely stocked kitchen. Comfortable furniture. One thing to mention is there is no air conditioning in the house. Most of the year it probably makes no difference but we caught a couple of pretty warm days. The whole house fan didn’t do much to cool it but open windows made it nice at night. Bathroom sink and tub drains needed some maintenance to drain properly.

Nice. Outside needs paint and cleanup work. Downstair beds were not comfortable.
4.8
Super close to National Park entrance and food options. Great layout of home, plenty of options to hang out and watch a movie, spend time outside or cook something. Would stay again without question.

The property was very close to both downtown Estes Park and RMNP. Wildlife around the home was nice to see. We saw deer and Elk. At one point there was a doe resting under the front porch right outside my grandson's window. He and my granddaughter named the deer and were excited whenever they saw "their" deer. We enjoyed multiple hikes in RMNP and especially enjoyed the hikes in the Bear Lake area. Riding bikes with the grandkids around Estes Lake was an easy ride that we all enjoyed. We also enjoyed the Mountain Coaster and white water rafting. Both grandchildren gave the vacation a "A" rating!

We rented this house for a multigenerational family vacation in Rocky Mountain National Park. The proximity to the National Park was great. The layout was excellent for a family and the house was comfortable. There were several maintenance isues which might have been attended to before our arrival including a toilet that ran in the powder room, a trash bin storage door which did not close and a lack of sheets for the sleeper sofa in the family room. We also had to ask neighbors using the hot tub nextdoor to lower their voices at 1:30AM. Although there were a number of baby items at the house which were appreciated, there was no baby gate to close off the stairs to the lower level of the house. We had to go out and purchase one.

The property is cozy and quiet. Perfect for a family get away. It is close to downtown and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Highly recommend.

This house was just perfect for our group. I'm 64 and took my mom and her friend to CO for their first time. My mom wanted to see where 2 if her grandsons live. The location is perfect. The house has wonderful views and is quite roomy. Upon our arrival, we felt at home. The house was generously stocked and very clean.

With Estes Park having received over 20" of snow the day before, our host went above and beyond with communication and efforts to get the driveway and front walk cleared so we could check in on time! Beautiful property and home with an oversized dining room table with great views, perfect for communal meals and gaming. Hot tub was delightfully toasty! Host was generous with our check out time too - an altogether excellent stay!

We utilized this house for a stay-cation and absolutely loved it! We six women were able to all sit in the livingroom together to visit and watch a movie. The dining room table was big enough for at least 8 people. The hot tub was so fun after it snowed. We saw deer and turkeys daily on the property. A very nice property.

We had a great stay at this property. The house was clean, cozy and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was close to town and restaurants. The hot tub was a nice amenity after our long day of hiking in the Rocky Mnt. National Forest. I definitely would recommend staying here.

We had an amazing time staying here. The house was so rooming with everything you need. Views are gorgeous.
We will definitely stay there again.

House and location were perfect for us. Hot tub was great after day of hiking. Highly recommend.

Did a quick stay with friends for my moms memorial in RMNP. Perfect house for our visit! There was 2 adult ladies and 1 couple. Plenty of space to spread out! Perfect kitchen for breakfasts and a perfect dining room to host moms friends for lunch! The kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies we needed to cook. The drive to the park was 7 minutes away if even that. Beautiful views out all of the windows!
My only complaint was it didn’t look like the floors were vacuumed. But if I come back to Estes Park-I’d love to stay here again!

Would rent this place anytime. Comfortable, great location, great hot tub! Clean and well appointed.
4.8
We had a great house, didn't want for anything! Response time for a minor problem was quick and very helpful.
I would agree with previous comments about having a baby gate available, the stairs are right in the middle of things. Hot tub is fabulous!
4.8
Love the location in the middle of everything. Great outdoor views and hot tub for relaxing.
4.8
We loved that this was located close to downtown Estes Park and only minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. Very clean and wonderful views. Hot tub was just what we needed each night after long hikes.
4.8
Overall the weekend was great and the house was exactly as advertised. The layout was great for our family getaway. The only issue we had was the furnace quit working the first night but they got it fixed right away. We went into town for the day and by the time we got back the house was warm. These things happen and just look at it, as part of the story. The only recommendation I would have is having a baby gate for the stairs available.
4.8
Good amenities and great views- only thing we would add is a baby gate to go at the top of the stairs

Second time we stayed at this house for our hiking weekend in RMNP. The house is minutes from the park entrance and follows up with a hot tub after a day of hiking. The house has comfortable beds and includes everything you will need for your stay. We would stay again!

We came to enjoy an intimate family trip to Estee Park and found this gem to stay at!

Property was well located to RMNP and Estes Park. Greg was great to communicate with. The house was very nice and comfortable. It provided a great home base for hikes in RMNP.

This was a great house in Estes Park and near Rocky Mountain National Park.

We stayed at this property July 18-23, 2022, for our annual family vacation with our two adult children and their families from Texas and Georgia. We were so excited to be able to escape the 100+ temperatures we had been experiencing. The views from the home were beautiful and it was only a short drive to either downtown Estes Park or Rocky Mountain National Park, and our party enjoyed both. This property is by far the best home our family has ever rented. It was immaculately clean and well stocked. Based on our previous rental experiences, we brought so many things with us that were stocked at the house, such as cooking oil, spices, paper towels, dishwashing and dishwasher detergents, antibacterial wipes, knives, trash bags. You name it, they had it! Our host, Greg, was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The house is not air conditioned, but it is equipped with a whole house fan—what we in the South call an attic fan. It was pretty warm inside from early afternoon until late evening, but not unbearably so. Each room was equipped with a ceiling fan, and we found a couple of oscillating fans in the master bedroom closet. The lower floor was much cooler than the upper, but with the fans all running we were cooled down and looking for covers by midnight. We ate meals outside on the upper deck, and it was always a comfortable temperature outside. I would also point out that the area was experiencing unusually warm weather during our stay, as is most of the country (climate change?) Air conditioning is not usually needed in the mountains. We loved our stay and would not hesitate to book this property again.

Our stay was perfect! You can watch the sunrise from the back of the house and sunset from the front! Great views from all around the house, but particularly from the living room windows. The house was super clean and everything was in working order. The furniture was high quality and there was enough for a family of five to sit in the living room or eat together in the dining room. The kitchen was well-stocked—felt like we were at home. All four bedrooms had luxury bedding! The carpet seemed to be brand new. We loved the decor and it fit right into our mountain vacation. Oh, I almost forget the mule deer who was under the porch greeting us each day!! The hosts were very attentive and easy to reach. It is also an easy drive into town. We found that it is hard to find a home with 4 bedrooms and/or an actual bed (not a sofa bed) for all 5 of us and this home has that and more! Our only complaint was that we couldn’t stay longer!! We would definitely stay here again if visiting Estes Park and you should too!!

Place was run down from VRBO photos. The decks were peeling and cracked, sliding door was broke and unable to close all the way, the bathroom fan has about an inch of dust hanging off of it, basically just not maintained.
Never could get the bedroom TV working - very frustrating for us.
So many other options in the area - I would recommend trying one of those.
We have used VRBO several times over the past 12 years but this experience may have been our last.

Our stay was wonderful and relaxing, just what we needed. The area is beautiful. We really enjoyed seeing the deer, turkeys and elk that roam the area. It snowed quite a bit while we were there and the grandkids loved it and enjoyed sledding and playing in the snow.

This was our first trip to Estes Park and our first time in the snow. We were thrilled to find the property covered in fresh powder which was plenty for the kids to play in all week. We had wildlife visitors almost daily. The deer literally walk right up to you. Our host Greg was very prompt and quick to respond. We had two minor issues during our stay and Greg was quick to reply and run over as necessary. We greatly appreciated this. The cabin was extremely cozy and the views were gorgeous. We will be back. Thank you.

Had every thing we needed. Several lights needed bulbs. The Hot Tub was throughly enjoyed. Mattresses were great! Loved the two levels at the cabin. The dinning table area was great for our family of 8. We spent a lot of time there. Thank you Greg for letting us stay at your cabin. We were so happy to have a White Christmas. It was BEAUTIFUL!!!

We enjoyed the mountain views and fire place in upper and lower level. We also enjoyed evenings in the hot tub.
