Location

The location was excellent for view, underground, National Rail, bus, Hop On Hop Off bus, Uber boat, grocery shop and cafe and a Pub for meals and drink. Also convenience of walking along The Thames in evening and attractions.
As an older woman … the bed height was too low and made it a struggle to get out of even though it was comfortable to sleep in. The chairs for sitting at window dangerous with balance for getting on and off as they fold. The step up into the shower with only a narrow fixed space to get through was dangerous though water lovely and hot. Being unaware before booking that the owner would also be living in the flat with me.

Great location and good value for money

Perfect location in central London. This is an appartment, where you get your own room. the owner is living there as well. So you have common bathroom. If this bothers you, look elsewhere. But you will not get anything in this great location for such a great price. You can use microvawe and kettle in the kitchen as well and also you can store something in small fridge. The bad is not as big as you might expect, so, it is probably not good for two people, if both of you are big or you are used to have a lot of space in bed. The owner was very helpfull, she explained everything to us and if we needed to ask something, she was willing to help us. Also the shower was no problem to use, the instructions we got were prettey clear and even my mom, who doesn't speak english at all and is older had no problem to use it, when I explained to it, how it works. So, if you are going to London to spend your time in the city and you are looking for a location where you are close to almost everything, I will highly recommended this accommodation, because the price is great for such a location. But, if you are looking for something more luxurious, then this is not for you.

The place is very clean, big comfortable bed, amazing shower. Towels are provided. Even though it is a room in someone's apartment, she is really quiet. I personally did not meet her during my 4 days stay. The location is perfect, you can walk or take the subway to center London easily.

Location was excellent.
It was very disruptive and impractical to have to walk 10min to get the key and then return with with luggage. The host also had a very loud alarm in the morning that went on for over 10min.
The room was portrayed as a hotel room on booking.com and the shared bathroom situation was not mentioned. This was not a pleasant surprise.

Very nice location, close to two metro/underground stations and a great view of the Themsen river. The apartment was very clean. It had a elevator, which was nice with our bagage and a room on the 6th floor.
We thought we would have the bathroom for ourselves, there were a rule against having sex in the bed and it was crazy hot in the apartment, despite there being cold outside. We opened a window in our rooom, and never closed it. The key system was a bit of a hassle. Didn't get new towels during our 4-day stay.

the location was amazing,
easy access to public transportation,
the owner of the property was very friendly and helpful,
the view from the room was breathtaking

The location was great, being next to the train station made it super easy to get around. beautiful view and the bed was super comfy!
The window didn’t quite seal properly so if people were talking loud or yelling outside you could hear them very clearly

it’s location is the only redeeming feature of this property
when I booked this back in March/February of this year I specifically asked for a hotel, it is not a hotel, it’s a flat.

The view of our room is fantastic! Location wise - it's in the centre. First time to visit London and would highly recommend this place as it's just infront of the river. The location is in between London Eye/Big Ben and Tower of London. Millenium Bridge is just few steps away, city view can be much appreciated from there too! Surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops and different tourist attractions.
Clean room and area. Owner is just next room but respects privacy.
1. Shower. At first, when shower was turned on - it went well but the time I turned it off, it didn't work anymore. Thus, waited for several minutes (around 30mins) to realize it's not the pumping system for the water line that has been affected but I think the main showerhead is defective. I suddenly realized why not pull down the 'smaller showerhead' like down on the legs then it suddenly worked pretty well.
2. The fact that we need to collect and return the keys in KeyNest store - takes around 7mins by walk but when you've got luggages to bring, it would be very time consuming.
3. Owner sets her alarm early where I can really hear it from the room. Being a light sleeper, I can be easily disturbed by the alarm and or any noises made nearby.

Directly at the Themse
it is only one small room in a flat. the visitors must share the Toilet with the Owner of the flat. Owner is living there as usual.

The bed, a bit low but very comfortable

the location - overlooking the Thames, St Pauls Cathedral and right next to the Tate Modern

very good location. great view from the window. comfortable. has an outside patio which has a lovely view.
I didn’t like how I had to pick up the keys from a different location while dragging our suitcases on and the underground and then trying to walk to the apartment. i feel the owner should meet us there. we couldn’t work the shower properly. Also the last night there was music coming from the other room and we couldn’t sleep. otherwise wonderful place to stay.

Absolutely fabulous location. Easy to walk or bike to many attractions in the area.
There were some issues with getting the hot water to turn on in the shower. Took 2 days to figure it out. We ran out of toilet paper and couldn’t get ahold of the host for more. The bed is very low to the floor and the pillows were very firm.

The flat could not be any more central...and next to every thing torrest or local person would need
.The apparent could have picture to show where it is(from musiam side... But still easy enough to fine...Other then that stay was perfect

The situation of the room is ideal for seeing much of London on foot and more by easily accessible public transport. There is a lovely view of the Thames and St Paul’s from the window. There is a Starbucks directly downstairs and a bar/restaurant within a couple of minutes walk. The Tate Modern is right next door and Shakespeare’s Globe about 5 minutes away. The Millennium Bridge, which takes you to many other sites is a few minutes walk away.
Having to pick up the keys from a shop in a different location is a bit of a hassle. It is only about a 7-minute walk away, but when you don’t know the area it just adds a bit more stress at the beginning and end of your stay. I guess the owner has to do this for security and insurance reasons rather than use the key box at the door.

Great location, great view, very clean. Highly recommend

I liked the location as it was close to the attraction we were booked to see and my hubby had a meeting close by.
I was not aware that the host would be living there during our stay as it was not mentioned in any of the correspondence and we thought we would have the apartment to ourselves, also the key nest store was about a 5 minute walk from Southwark Station and not next door to the station as instructed.

Location
Shower not working, not enough toilet roll

Completely misled by the information on the website. Instead of one bed apartment on the Thames found myself in a young womans flat sharing a bathroom!
COVID aside very embarrassing and uncomfortable...
Booking.com should be ashamed and refused a refund !
