Nothing at all.
Elevators were not working. Still haven’t received my deposit after two weeks. Tried giving me a king bed room instead of the double queen beds because they confused me with another girl. Do not reccoment this place at all.

Colorful and fun
No info about how the rooms are all pointing towards the interstate, staff arent helpful about info concerning the return of my deposit

The breakfast was great!! I wish there were more options for vegetarians though. The omlette had meat in it which I wasn’t expecting. Since there’s bacon on the side, I hoped that there wasn’t any meat in the omelette. Overall I’m still pleased, but I recognize there may be people that are more picky than me.
The elevators were not working which was frustrating. Luckily I didn’t have much luggage and it wasn’t a huge problem.

Clean Hotel, Staff, and Valet Attendants were very courteous.
Price through booking.com was excellent.
One of the two elevators was out of service during my stay from May 1-3 2024.
Also, I requested to change my room 207 to the backside of the hotel.
I was not able to sleep for two nights it was horrible. The great thing about the hotel was I could walk to work at 1950 N. Stemmons FWY.
Hopefully, in the future, it will work out to rent a room on the back side and not by the elevators.

The breakfast was great, the facilities were clean and convenient. I had to wash a load of my infant's clothes at 5am and I was assisted each step of the way.

Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Gratis Kaffee
Fenster nicht schallisoliert = no sleep no sleep no sleep waaah! Da helfen auch die Oropax, die im Zimmer bereitliegen, nichts. Die 10 spurige Straße vorm Hotel ist einfach der Hass.
Im Bad lagen blonde Haare. Ich bin nicht blond.

Clean, bug free hotel. Modern and updated space. Free, great breakfast with fun and healthy options. Good customer service.
Paying for parking/valet only. When I first arrived, I could park myself and just pay a parking fee. After the second night, I was told I had to use valet. I refused and said I didn't do it the past two days.
The room was large enough to have a real desk and a table and chair to eat at, but the desk was so tiny and there was no where to eat at. There was no microwave or coffee maker in the room.
The highway was so loud that they provide ear plugs for you to sleep with.
The mattress itself was comfortable, but if you propped up against the head board, the bed would slide right over the bed frame at the foot of the bed. I had to put the matree back into place multiple times.

Amazing facilities.
The valet parking is new for me but it is OK.

The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. The location is great if you're going to Medieval Times.
The only reason I didn't give it a higher score is because the beds are so hard. And the noise from the freeway is so loud in the room we stayed in.

Neda were nice and comfy and bathrooms nice and clean
Should have separate elevator for non customers paid customers of the hotel we had to wait for elevators due to a club on the 9floor and they were in bunches so we waited for elevators also the music was so loud plus the highway traffic was just horrible will never stay there again they let anyone come in to the building didn’t feel all that safe what the purpose of having to use your card for elevator to work when you allow lots of people to come in and out all hours of the night

Close to Medievil Times
Close to highway. Lots of noise all night long and the bed would shake from being to close.
2.0 / 10.0
Mostly clean, comfortable bed.
Too close to highway. Heard every vehicle that drove by on the highway and every person talking. No self parking. With such a small parking lot no need for valet.

It was a convenient location for a last minute, emergency trip. The breakfast was tasty and a nice selection.
The description of the mandatory valet was vague and hidden in the booking verbiage. When given the breakdown total, there was not a line for the $35+tax valet fee amongst all other listed fees.
The booking stated a $100 damage deposit that is refundable, but no valet estimate. A "total" was calculated without the deposit or estimated valet, giving a false idea of your trip sum.
The valet service was not necessary either. Guests were parking their own vehicles crookedly and taking up multiple spots so others could not park comfortably & safely.
After the stay, I was overcharged and had to call multiple times to get it straightened out. Once a trip is done, a guest should not have to take time to correct the establishment's mistake and when the correction is requested, the guest should feel they can trust it will be fixed. This was not the case here.

Super clean and comfortable. Very close to Deep Ellum so it was nice after a few drinks on date night. We really enjoyed our stay.
You have to pay $35 for parking regardless of if you park your car or valet does it for you.

Quiet, comfortable, and spacious room.(despite being next to a laundry room- we couldn’t hear a thing)
Valet parking only. Would much prefer being able to park and retrieve our car on our own.

The common area in the lobby was great. A lot of comfortable conversation areas, pool table, board games, etc. The rooftop bar area was beautiful. Our bed and pillows were comfortable. The Staff was very helpful in directing us to great restaurants.
We were put in an "accessible" room. It was extremely spacious with minimal furniture. (I would imagine to be able to accommodate a wheelchair) There were two adults in the room and only one chair. Another one was delivered when we requested it.

It was in close proximity to the doctor’s office we had to go to.
9.0 / 10.0
Convenient for my needs, parking fee was not outrageous
No signs when driving at eye level while driving… Dallas is difficult to navigate if you’re not familiar with the area
7.0 / 10.0
Central location for where I needed to be for work
No coffee machine in room. Room door lock didn’t work properly. To be fair, I did not ask to have my room changed after I discovered the door lock issue. Paying extra to park on property.

Hot shower was about the only thing.
Wasn't notifed of an event taking place at 8 pm. And was told the event wouldn't end until 2 am. The music was so loud on the 6th floor was shaking the walls. Went downstairs because they wouldn't answer the phone to see about getting on a different floor. And of course they didn't have any other rooms. The elevators where locked had to take the stairs back up 6 floors. The breakfast wasn't very good.
