The location was amazing. We had 2 supermarkets nearby. We were provided with everything we needed, from Ariel washing pods to a fan to keep us cool. It felt like home away from home.
Some of the kitchen utensils needed an extra rinse upon arrival. A pot handle broke whilst using it, which could be hazardous.

Owner had sent a pre arrival email with a lot of details including a video of how to access the gated area. Lock box code and gate code was supplied 24 hours before arrival. Gate fob provided as well. Contact with the owner was easy and friendly. House was very clean and roomy with one large modern kitchen/diner/lounge which was well equipped. Bedrooms were a good sizes and the beds were very comfortable. Two bathrooms and a downstairs loo, just what three ladies need!!! Small courtyard garden at rear with garden furniture which was great for the evenings. Walk to Canterbury centre was easy and the area was near the colleges and university but not noisy just plenty of people about. As usual Canterbury has loads of lovely places to eat at or visit without leaving the city. There was a local Waitrose and Tesco within a few yards on the other side of the road. The longest bit was getting over the roads with all the pelican crossings!
NOT A DON'T LIKE but last year we were spoilt with a tv in each bedroom, which we found really good as there was no having to watch someone else's choice of tv! Not a criticism but one for future consideration to make the house even better maybe?

Good afternoon . My review is the best. the location is excellent, very close to the center. The house is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. very friendly owner who quickly answers all questions and tries to help. there is a grocery store nearby. We would love to visit this place again and recommend to our friends.

The house was a 3 bedroom house and for 5 girls this was perfect, we loved the dishwasher, the heating was perfect, the garden was so lovely too and nice to get outside space. The coffee machine was a fantastic bonus too.
The only thing we all agreed on was the single beds, There was three single beds in total, two in one room, one in another, For children they would have been fine but for three adults , they were slightly uncomfortable and one of them rocked when moved

Excellent location with free secure parking just off the city centre. A quiet and private location yet minutes walk to all the life and history of this beautiful city. House well equipped with all you need. Was immaculately clean on arrival and very comfortable.

Fab location for City. Drive to coastline easy. Fully stocked kitchen. some games supplied. Lovely outdoor seating area. Personal parking space. Very close to supermarket for provisions.
Ramp access to front door was continually blocked by a motorcycle so we had to lift pushchair over a few cobbles. We did not mention this to host though so don't know if this was always a problem ? Really the only little thing we didn't like !

ideally located within 10 minute walking distance of Canterbury town centre and the cricket ground. the property was more than a good size for the three of us and spotlessly clean. communication from the property agent was excellent.

The property was clean and well maintained. It was spacious and our group of 7 were really comfortable. Rachel was in contact with us continually with solutions for any problems we encountered. Would definitely stay in this property again.

The accommodation is minutes away from the centre of Canterbury and provides modern , spacious facilities. It is well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need for meal prep and cooking.
The hosts are very helpful and supportive and provide clear instructions for access and facilities.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the accommodation

The kitchen was well stocked so I was able to cook a full meal - and they’d left us some coffee, fresh milk and cakes! House was warm and spotlessly clean, and well appointed. Really close to everything and yet REALLY quiet - fab place to stay
Although the house is a 4 bed, the sofa is only really big enough for 3 adults, so 1 of us had to sit on a dining chair - which was still quite comfy tho!

Location to city centre is perfect. Spacious accommodation with comfy beds. Parking space right outside the door. Lovely and clean when we arrived and nicely done out not too much clutter important with small children! Very attentive host answered questions straight away and gave lots of useful information about the property.

The location was brilliant it was only a stone’s throw away from the city centre with the added bonus of parking!
The property was spotless and really comfortable.
We didn’t do any cooking at all in the property so I can’t say what that would be like, but I’m guessing it would be really easy like being home from home, as everything seemed to have been well thought out.
There was a lot of attention to detail throughout the whole house.
I can’t thank Rachel and Glen enough for a really lovely relaxing stay in their property. The communication was excellent from start to finish.
Can’t recommend a stay here highly enough.

Fantastic location, only a small walk from the centre.
Lovely hosts. Had a couple of small issues that were brilliantly sorted the same day, and with a box of lovely chocolates.
A definite recommendation.
A few residents used the house parking spot, and had to keep asking them to move.
