Newly renovated and very clean! 10 min walk to beach, but a pretty and shady one. There is a nice pool a couple minutes away. The walk to town center with shopping and dining just 5 minutes. I will say the bunk beds in the wall

This was our first stay at RB as we have always gone to Captiva. We were so thankful we stayed at Percy’s. It was clean, cute, and comfy. Our 11 year old loved the bunk beds. I don’t know how they keep that white couch clean but they do, it’s spotless.
We almost stayed above the restaurant but are so glad we stayed away from all the noise. We enjoyed biking around the neighborhoods and I think we would’ve missed out on that if we stayed too close to the beach.
We will return!

We have stayed in many rentals over the years, but this one was by far the cleanest we have ever stayed in. All of the beds and linens were so fresh and everything was just so comfortable. The only downfall was the size of bunks in second bedroom. My daughter is petite, and not a teenager yet, but it was even a little tight for her. I would not plan on putting any big kids or teens in the bunk area comfortably.The area is quiet and set back a ways from the beach and shops, but that didn’t bother us since we were there in winter and not frequenting the beach. Fantastic property and I would definitely recommend it.

This rental was clean and we had excellent communication! Being right on the green space was the place to be for hanging out on the deck and no one in front of us. Loved having the bikes to use, pools close, beach close and super comfy. The only reason we didn’t give it an overall 5 star was since the blinds didn’t work and salt n pepper would have been helpful. Otherwise, the place is stocked well and had dishwasher and laundry pods! Loved it!

Nicely furnished and well-stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable The noise level upstairs was constant, starting around 6 am. Bike took a day and a half to exchange. Saw about ten small roaches which can be easily controlled with monthly pest control.

Bright, Clean, Comfy Stay
Best, most comfy beds we have ever had on vacation, hands down!! We would definitely stay again. Great place that was clean and furnished with great furniture in very good condition. The condo was on the second floor so not too many stairs but high enough to give a great view over the commons green area in front that kids and pets were playing on each day.

This flat was just perfect for our extended family. We were just a few blocks from the main shopping area and beach and walked everywhere. The unit was clean, modern with the remodeling and well maintained. We also used the neighborhood pool but did not take advantage of the bikes which was also available for us. Good location, extra, extra, extra soft mattresses (too soft)
Good location. Beds were basically unsleepable. Mattresses were old or soft to begin with and then foam toppers were on top of each mattress. Once you got in, you sunk deep. Attempted to sleep in the bunks instead, but they are built for kids (too short for adults). Great location, not great sleep.

Even being in the back of Rosemary, you are not very far away from anything. It's nice to be close to the awesome coffee shop and other shopping spots. Biking around is part of the charm of Rosemary anyway. Percy's flat is a condo in the middle of a building and there is an elevator which is nice.. The sectional sofa is super comfy and a great couch for hanging out. The kitchen has the basics. The decor is bright and nice. However, there is a unit above you and unfortunately you hear every single step they take. There were people staying above us the entire week - they weren't being loud - it's just loud no matter what because the floors must be thin. Just annoying to listen to. Our biggest issue was with the mattress. It is an old spring mattress with a topper. The mattress is worn and bottoms out when you lay on it. I recommend the owners replace it asap. My back went out for the first time in my life after sleeping on it for a week. 30A Luxury Vacations was great to work with and responsive to messages.

We are very picky when it comes to cleanliness and bed comfort, the bed was extremely comfortable as was the feel of the whole condo! We traveled with our toddler and the unit worked great for her as well. My only suggestion would be to put some black out curtains in the master, the street lights outside are very bright and shine through the blinds, other then that everything was perfect! Also, the management company was super responsive and check-in was so convenient and simple!

This was our family's first time staying in Rosemary. We were newbies on the whole experience. Percy's Flat was an absolutely perfect place to call home for me, my wife, our 9-year-old, and 7-year-old boys. The beds were comfortable, everything worked exactly as promised and the decor was new and cozy. We arrived to a band playing at the park outside our balcony and experienced a wedding and magic show there as well during the week. The ride to the beach is a really short and enjoyable bike ride. The pools, the restaurants, and the overall feel of Rosemary is just perfect. We cannot wait to go back. We would highly recommend it to everyone.
